Conveniently located minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport. Complimentary airport shuttle is included with paid parking reservation. Shuttle runs 24hrs every 30 minutes on the hour and the half hour from the hotel to the airport (except Wednesday and Thursday from 1:00AM-5:00AM, there are no shuttles). Return pickups from the airport back to the hotel are on demand. Reservations must be made online in advance, Address and driving directions will be provided on the confirmation.

I consistently forget cash to tip your wonderful drivers. Can they advertise a PayPal account or include a tip as an option when booking the space. I think that would benefit a lot of us cashless people.

Waited for 50 minutes for return shuttle Called at 11:25 and then again ar 11:57 both times I was told he would be right there. The driver said he had to get gas.

Only concern is that the hotel she give better directions for the pickup point if you've never been to that airport everyone one doesn't know where ground transportation is and to let us know those two Best Western's assault and a nice besides that everything went great

Was my car being watched? The driver told me I didn't have to check in at the motel desk when I returned a day early. Did anyone notice it was picked up a day early?

I had big dent front passenger door. I did not see this since it was dark. Only next day at home I noticed the damage.

Parking lot was easy to find, lady attendant inside was very helpful. The shuttle driver was horrible. All he talked about on the way to the airport was how cars always get broken into when doing park and ride. Not a great way for me to start vacation. I am hesitant to use this service again due to this first transaction.

I waited for the shuttle for 45 minutes, called the hotel front desk 3 times, shuttle never came. I asked shuttle driver from another hotel to give me a ride and payed him to take me to my car.

Good service! It was cold and windy outside when we arrived at the airport ground transportation. I overheard the driver talking to another passenger saying his boss requested for him to make continuous rounds from the hotel to the airport due to the weather!

The shuttle van was out of order. The attendant did not have any knowledge of that. The driver was sleeping in the lobby after asking him to take us to the air port. He said the shuttle wasn't working. I ask her to call a taxi. She said she couldn't get one. The result I missed my flight. The attendant said to cancel and get my money back. At that time my concern is to get to the airport. This is my 4th time using global parking

Drivers were great both ways. Desk help efficient but on the edge of rude. Parking worked out fine.

This was fairly easy to use. The driver was prompt and getting to the hotel was easy. However, coming back from the airport was a little difficult. There are a lot of different pick up areas in the ATL airport, so finding the correct Pick Up 3 took a minute. Other than that, I'll be using this service again!
