We provide safe and affordable airport parking with FREE shuttle service to and from the airport! Our 24 hour shuttle runs to the airport every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour and from the airport at 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after each hour. Reservations must be made online in order to take advantage of this internet-only special parking rate. Address and driving directions will be provided on the confirmation.

Very happy all with everything. The shuttle was available immediately when I arrived at the hotel, only had to wait 10 minutes when I returned. Attendants were very courteous and helped me with my bags. My only concern was that I was let off at the South terminal when I was supposed to be let off at the North terminal. But, no harm done !! Would use the service again. Cheaper than many of the other parking lots.

The gentleman behind the counter, acted like he didn't know what I was talking about when I told him I had an reservation. He was very rude when I showed him my printed copy, then just told me to go park! When I came back there was a note on the window of my car saying that it was going to be towed because I didn't have the receipt showing that I was a customer! I asked him before we left, if I need to display anything on the window.... I was told NO, just to park!

The shuttle was about 20 minutes later leaving the hotel on the way to the airport then it should have been based on their published schedule. However, the driver was very apologetic and courteous and since I had left plenty of time, it wasn't a problem. On the return trip, I called and was picked up within 10 minutes. The driver turned out to be the hotel manager. Apparently he stepped in when the regular driver was not available. Now that's exceptional customer service!

When we arrived, the attendant was extremely unhelpful and seemed as if he did not want to help us at all. His directions were very unclear. While I had asked if there was a parking pass needed he told me know and when I arrived back to my vehicle there was a warning posted on my car. The shuttle driver was not friendly at all either.

Everything about the parking lot was perfect. The problem was with GLOBAL AIRPORT PARKING. We were told by Hotel Indigo they had terminated their contract with Global months ago, and yet Global continues to sell their parking space. However, Hotel Indigo honored our purchase nonetheless. They deserve a 5-Star rating! It is Global Airport Parking that receives this low rating. Thank you, HOTEL INDIGO for not allowing us to miss our flight. You're awesome! :)

When I returned to pick up my 2015 Chevy 2500 4x4 truck, I noticed that there was something black all over the left front and rear doors, than I noticed that the front door lock was broke into. Than I noticed that both dash storages were open and there was a Police officers business on the driver dash. My truck was parked under a light and a camera. I had $1600.00 stolen and my 2 doors have to be replaced due to damage. Police report # 15-16884. Reporting officer(Donnie Smith)

Everything was great and the hotel and it's staff was very informed and took very good care of me and my concerns. I feel very good about leaving my vehicle parked at their facility and I will go back there if the opportunity ever comes up again and the price was good.

The shuttle took us to the international terminal, even though the website says domestic only, which saved us a ton of time. Great service at a great price. This is the third time that I have used GlobalAirportParking in ATL and will continue to do so.

Everything was advertised. Check in process was easy. Shuttle to the airport was quick and efficient. On arrival shuttle was waiting at the spot and we had no wait time at all. Would do business again.

This was an excellent means of parking and riding to the Airport that I was not aware of before. The service was excellent even with my early morning arrival for my departing flight. The only glitch in the process was that I was never given a Parking Permit to place in my car, so when I returned there was a note on my windshield indicating I did not have a parking permit. Must have been missed in the business of the early morning. Thank you for the service.

Everything was great except I got back 2am in the morning and waited for the shuttle pickup more than 20 min. Called twice and they said they were coming. So I took a taxi back to the hotel.

Great place to park. We left our car for 2 weeks, no problem. Service was prompt and friendly, both ways. Close to the airport. Was very reasonably priced. Would certainly use them again. Thanks for taking some of the worry out of our trip!

I have no complaints about the facility or the parking lot. I had difficulty finding the expressway when I left the hotel.

The location is great we have used this location before. On our return trip we waited over an hour for the shuttle and had to call twice to inquire why it had not come. The driver did apologize for being late. He said he was tied up with another customer at the international airport.

I recommend Hotel Indigo. Affiliated with IHG. Great service compared to the 3 palms or wherever I parked last time. Kudos. _F
