When we got to the Peachy Lot - we were turned away. The lot was full and we were told would have to find somewhere else to park. Even though I had the confirmation page printed out.
I would like my $16.98 credited back. I called customer service that morning and whomever I spoke to would not credit it back.

A slight wait of about 5 minutes when returning from the airport was about the only way they could improve. The drivers were excellent and the garage is in great condition.

the attendant when I was leaving was rude and argued with me over the price even when I proceeded to show her my reservation she still was combative and unfriendly, she was not knowledgeable about her job position and her incompetence caused other cars in the back of me to be delayed because of her not being knowledgeable, total inconvenience will never use this parking again.

everything was perfect and when you get back from europe, exhausted and ready to go home, your service was wonderful! You were right there , on time and all was great! We would definitely use you again! Thank you!

Safe and great place to store your car. the only issue i have is the pick-up time. Upon arrival into the staes we found it easier to take a shuttle from the international terminal to the domestic side and catch the peachy shuttle which was parked in a shuttle bay. Rounds to the international terminal need have a little higher frequency of rounds. Other than than you guys where great. Thanks

When checking out the amount I owed was inaccurate! So I had to wait for a supervisor. I am glad i had my computer printout or else I would have over paid by about $60.00 And as the other reviews state car wash was inoperable.

Computer didn't read we had per- paid the attendant. were going to charge 84 dollars if I had lost my receit or anything of that nature then I may have been force to pay the amout over all my husband and I appreciate the care of our vehicle this was the first time using parking for a period of days thanks we will use your'e service again also recommend PEACHY INDOOR PARKING to friends thanks again

5 star all the way until leaving the lot. Took 40 min and a.very slow not overly nice attendant. Hard to take after ling day of travel.

I found the parking and shuttle service very satisfactory, and the drivers Very polite and professional.
the only thing I didnt like was the texting for pickup. I realize that I'm possibly the only person in the USA who doesn't have a smart phone and I have no interest in texting at all. I would much rather speak to a real person on the phone. I was able to get though by phone, but it would be nice to see a simple, "text OR call for pickup" option on the ticket
