The arrival point at the airport is not pointed out very well. Waited 2 hours in the arrival area because I didn't know where it was located

You cancelled my reservation at Days Inn at 4:30 the nite before I was to go to the airport. I was offered this alternative for almost double the price, of course I was/am not happy about this.

My flight got cancelled on Monday, Dec. 28th, so I had to return to my car that evening. I was very disappointed because I was flying to Illinois to attend a funeral. The Peachy shuttle was at the airport waiting for me in the pouring rain. My attendant was extremely courteous in helping me load my heavy suitcase into my car. I would highly
recommend Peachy Shuttle and will definitely use them again. Thank You for helping make my sad experience with the airlines better!

After taxes and fees, the trip came to $43 and the balance was $45 if I didn't use global parking. I will not use the service again because the discount wasn't worth the hassle of printing out receipts to save $2.

When I made my reservation online, I was not asked if we were flying international. When arriving to park I was told I had to park indoors and we then drove to the indoor garage. We were told we would only have to pay the out door rate and would owe about $113.00. Upon arrival yesterday we were required to pay around $180.00 upon leaving the indoor garage. This is a misrepresentation of cost and I plan to seek other parking arrangements in the future. I was not satisfied at all!
