Located 5 minutes from the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Our free airport shuttle runs from 5:00AM-1:00AM every 30 minutes. It departs the hotel on the hour and half-hour and arrives at the airport at approximately the 15 and 45 of each hour, from 5:00AM-1:00PM. From 1:00PM-1:00AM the shuttle runs on demand for drop-offs and pick-ups. You must book your parking reservation online and show up with your confirmation.

I found the parking lot easily but I had to roam the parking for over 1/2 hour to find a spot. The hotel does not keep spaces reserved for global parking. A shame given that we pay for it. The person after was still looking for a spot when I left to the airport with a shuttle. They need to guarantee a spot !!

A much better experience than my last one. I'm glad I decided to stay with Global and use a different hotel. The shuttle is an older model but clean and I felt safe. Both drivers were on time, professional and courteous. The price was great which was an important factor since I was away for 2 weeks. I highly recommend booking at Quality Inn and Suites on Old National Hwy if you're flying out of ATL.

The parking lot was so full that vehicles were parked illegally. Hopefully no one's vehicle was hit or towed.

Easily my worst airport parking experience. The Quality Inn attendant said they had no space for me, despite my reservation. Isn't that the point of a reservation? At the last possible moment (when the shuttle was leaving), a space opened up. On my return trip, the hotel shuttle broke down, and the supposed replacement was more than 45 minutes. I took an Uber, at added expense to me. GAP needs to better coordinate with and vet its participant hotels.

When I arrived at location the parking lot was full. I assume the parking was overbooked because the lady at the desk said I would have to make do like every body else. I was not pleased at arrangements as I had to park my vehicle at a curb near the entrance. Other people on the shuttle were also complaining about the situation.

Should tell people to leave a copy of the confirmation sheet in the front windowshield initially. That way they dont have to go back to their car to put the paper work in the car. Over all a great experience.

I have used global parking for the past three to four years. I have used several different parking sites and always had a good experience. Shuttle bus always on time and drivers always very courteous

The trip going was a bit complicated because I was leaving from the international part of the ATL Airport. Other than that I had no issues with the parking at all.

The morning driver was WONDERFUL when she delivered us to the airport Friday morning. The driver that picked up on Wed was curt and and late. It was most disturbing when he used to his cell phone to order lunch while weaving in and out of ATL traffic. He then took a call regarding his lunch as he cut across traffic instead of going to the traffic light.
