We called for shuttle from International Baggage Claim. When we got to pick up station we had to wait outside approximately 15 minutes in 23 degree weather. Coming from a tropical vacation and without heavy coats it wasn't a real pleasant wait.

If this was the first time i used your service, i would not use it again. I would like to receive a credit for the full fare placed on my account for a future use. Please call me for how poorly it worked. tim goodnow 770-475-1743

Everything was excellent - the only issue is that you invoiced my credit card twice for the same stay.
Please credit me back the amount of one of them.

Had front desk call twice I was waiting for 45min and close to missing my flight .The 1st person never relaided the info 4my shuttle.my return I called to request lady said ok zone 2 slot 25.waited 25min until another shuttle guy toldme they pick up on Zone 3 slot 30-31.Went and waited 20 more min.Called bk lady said its a Best Western shuttle and he will get out and say Staybridge.Didn't happen I could c and here all shuttles.Waited 20 more min never showed another hotel shuttle took me 2 hote

A slight delay on departure day, due to the holiday driver, but the Staybridge desk clerk was extremely helpful. Return pickup was flawless.
