Waited over 20 minutes both ways... Person on the phone lied to me saying the driver was at the airport. The driver lied to me saying she was 10 minutes away. I would NEVER use this service again....

YOUR GIRLS THAT WORK THE VANS ARE TERRIFIC. THEY COULD NOT BE MORE HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING! THE SAFETY OF THE PARKING LOT WAS CONCERNING, HOWEVER. ALSO, THERE WAS A MALE HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT THAT WILLINGLY OFFERED TO ASSIST US CLEAN OFF OUR CAR AS WELL AS HE SHOVELLED THE WAY TO IT FOR MY ELDERLY MOTHER. I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU GOT SUCH KIND PEOPLE, BUT MAKE SURE THAT YOU THANK THEM FOR ME AND DO WHAT YOU CAN TO KEEP THEM WORKING FOR YOU!

I am not one to complain, however they need to clean there act up. When we were picked up they only had room for 2 of our party of 7. The driver was tipped 6.00 dollars why I did that was a mistake. All the luggage was unloaded by me why the driver just watched and talked on her cell phone. The van was dirty and smelled. Someone should send back the 6 dollars to ME. If this feed back means anything.

On return we called for the shuttle and waited for over 40 min. We called and were told the shuttle would be right there. We then called again and again and still waited. We will not use this service again. We have use many parking services and your although not the worst is close.

WARNING: Never BOOK any reservation at the RAMADA ACY location. This facility is a poor representation of the Global Airport Parking company. I will never use this company again and will spread WORD! Late for pickup & when she arrived she was appeared to be high on drugs. She had a friend passenger in the front seat of the car who was dressed like a prostitute/stripper & jumped out of the van with a drink in her hand. The Van shuttle was broken down, ripped seats, smelled of alcohol and cigaret

Our driver was VERY personable. Very nice experience. It would be better if there were more drivers so we wouldn't have to wait so long if we miss the first shuttle. The only negative was the cigarette smell in the car.

I called B4 I boarded my flight to confirm it's on time to land at 5pm. A man confirmed. When I landed he said, 15min. 40min later I called & he said he's on the way. After 1hr I called again, a woman answered saying the guy was drunk & she's coming. I complained to the office. 1Hr/30min later I call, she said she picked someone up thinkin it was me? Over 2hrs I had to wait for her. She had a guy with her. Both seemed drunk Driving on her phone we almost got in an accident! Unacceptable
