Super easy and pleasant. Saved me almost $50. Shuttle drivers were very nice from the Ramada to Atlantic City airport. I'll definitely use them again.

Parking shuttle was not there on time inspite of calling and confirming ahead of time. After the flight arrival, the Parking attendant cites issues with credit card charging as reason for not being there on time. But the receipt for the payment was already provided during reservation. The delay defeated the purpose we choose to use this parking services.

The shuttle or cab reaked of cigarette we could not breath. When we came back from our trip we had to wait 30 minutes because the driver left us and later he came back with his girlfriend which is very unprofessional. I would never leave my car at this place again nor would I recomend it to anyone I know. I should get a refund for being taken to the airport in a car where a person could get sick from breathing the disgusting cigarrete smoke.

I feel I had to wait too long for the shuttle, departing and arriving.Global Was aware of my arrival time I still had to wait.that's my only complaint.

It was a very good experience knowing a prompt and courteous. Driver is waiting for you and will recommend. This to friends and family however the address of Ramada is a bit wrong from the GPS not just my gps but my friend too who got lost

I communicated with the shuttle driver as I had been instructed to prior to leaving. I called upon landing and was told they would be there in 20 minutes, 30 minutes later, I am told they r on their way when they r 5 minutes away they will call me. At 40 minutes someone finally arrived, apparently a fill in at the last minute. The manager had lied and sid they were on their way, did not communicate that the van suppose to pick me up was unavailable and ther there was no driver.

I am a non smoking person, so it would be really nice if you could make the vehicle a non smocking vehicle meaning that drivers and passengers should not smoke in the vehicle. Otherwise, everything else was fine. thank you.
