We always use Global for parking as it is dependable and cost effective. And we now really like the Staybridge Hotel as the lobby staff is always fantastic and the drivers even more so. Pleasant and helpful is what we have grown accustomed to and will continue to use the Staybridge.

We had a super early flight and the lobby staff was fantastic and made us very comfortable. And the shuttle driver was great as well - courteous, prompt, pleasant and a good driver. May even consider staying at the hotel next time on early flights as they were so professional and we live so darn far away from the airport.

The ladies at the front desk and who drove the shuttle were excellent and very prompt. Especially Olivia who was very personable and corteous, riding with her to the airport was great. Overall the entire staff deserves praise for their wonderful customer service.

Everything was fine except the price. Global airport parking charges too much for the fees and taxes on top of the actual parking cost. Overall parking cost would have been cheaper and more convenient had I parked my car in the Austin airport long term parking. I did not see any advantage using Global airport parking. This will probably be the last time I use your service. And the only reason is your high price.

Called for pick up after landing and expected quick service as hotel is less than 10 minutes from airport. It took 25 minutes and two phone calls for shuttle to arrive. Pick up service is advertised as on demand. I was only person being picked up. Hotel should advise passengers of any expected delays in pick up.

The shuttle is sent when you call so it may take 20 minutes or so depending on traffic. Might be best to call soon upon landing and before you collect your luggage to minimize the wait.The price compared to parking at ABIA is a fantastic deal!

Not only did i SAVE HALF of what the parking services charge, I feel my car was safer and better attended than the big parking companies. After checking in at the front desk, I had just missed the shuttle, and the desk associate offered me and my wife a complementary breakfast. Hows that for hospitality and accomodation. I wouldn't hesitate to book this service again. Bravo Staybridge Suites and Global Airport Parking.com.

Use this hotel only if you have plenty of time to get to the airport. I waited 1 hour 15 minutes before the shuttle was available to take me to the airport. The drivers are very nice though.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our second time to use Staybridge Suites Austin Airport. Both times everything was excellent. Will definitely use again in future.

Nice people who were both friendly and helpful. Really appreciated them making one more shuttle bus trip to the airport when my flight was late and came in after midnight.

Every aspect of the experience was exceptional. The cut-off for getting the hotel shuttle is midnight. My flight landed at 11:50 pm...I called immediately and asked them to send the shuttle but the driver had called-in sick. The hotel offer to pay for a taxi ride; which they did. I feel bad about that because they couldn't have made any profit from Global on my purchase, but it certainly locked me in as a customer.
