We would use this service agsin. Driver of shuttle from airport to our car was underwhelming. Did not attempt to assist with bags & made no effort to speak to us.

My return flight was going to be late to arrive at the BHM airport. Ramada Shuttle closes at 11 pm. I called Ramada Inn from my layover at Charlotte to to request that the shuttle driver wait for me to call for a pick-up. The Ramada Inn confirmed that he would wait. The plane landed at 11:04. I called Ramada at 11:15 when my luggage arrived at baggage claim and was told that the driver left at 11 pm. This has happened before. Ramada should make 11:30-12mid the closing time.

Upon our return we had a late arrival 11pm and I was concerned whether I should call upon touch down or wait until we claimed our bags. I waited until we claimed our bags to call. Good thing because the shuttle arrived within 5 minutes tops. The driver was super courteous and I would definitely recommend the service.

This is the fifth time I have used this location for airport parking. I love the on demand shuttle service. I was late for my flight on a previous trip due to two accidents and road work on the interstate. I was checked in and driven to the airport within a few minutes after arriving at the hotel and was able to make my flight. I will use them again.

Day of departure - Shuttle driver was late for work and manager had to drive shuttle. Left about 20 minutes late.
Day of return - Called desk clerk to announce our arrival at airport and received instructions as to where to meet shuttle. As I exited the airport I saw the shuttle leaving. I assumed he would return shortly. However, after a 25 minute wait, I called the desk clerk again. She said she would send him back. After 10-15 min, a young man showed up in a dirty pickup truck. Not happy.

Other than the shuttle service taking 30 minutes to arrive from a hotel that is 0.5 miles away from the airport, everything was fine.

We find that the location and service are convenient and much more economical than parking at the airport. Service from the staff has always been very good.

Ininitial parking was fine, the ride to the airport was fine. When I got back, my flight got in 10 minutes before the shuttle stopped running, so I called and told them it would be a couple minutes after 11 since I was waiting on my luggage. I got out of the airport at 5 minutes after, no shuttle. So I took a cab.

We had great service in our arrival at the lot. But when we returned from our trip I called and was told we would have to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle. I paid a taxi $13 to take us to the lot to get out car, as we were late for a meeting. I will never use this service again.

Giving a 30 minute ETA from a hotel that less than 5 minutes away is rediculous. Driver did arrive in 7 minutes.
Driver was excellent.
Procedure for person answering phone was not.

When I got to the hotel the guy that was working there told me that the shuttle leave every 15 mins ,long history short I almost lost my fly because the shuttle didn't show up till an hour late :(

The entire process was very good. The desk clerk was efficient and pleasant. The shuttle driver was very nice and took me to the airport as soon as I completed the short paperwork for parking. I waited less than 10 minutes for him to pick me up when I called upon my return. I would have no problem recommending this service to my friends. (The only reason for good on the shuttle condition (instead of excellent) was that the windshield was cracked on the shuttle used for the return.)
