Good service, but attendant has not idea how to proceed with the reservation and ask me information that was not listed on the eMail you sent, maybe there is a lack of coordination. Other than that it was a nice experience.

Perfect alternative to using airport parking. Saved a lot of money. I believe the shuttle was faster than if we had parked at the airport.

This is the 2nd time I have used this service. I will definitely use this again for my next adventure at Buffalo Airport. I have passed along your website to a co-worker that is flying out of Buffalo next month.

Getting to the airport was fine.
Getting picked up on my return was another matter.
I called the Millenium before I had picked up my luggage which I got within 10 min. I immediatley went to wait for the shuttle. After 20 min and everyone else had been picked up I was still waiting. I called them back and they said they would contact the driver to see where he was. I had to call back again 10 min later and she said she would call the driver, who finally showed up 10 min. later.

Placed my res online to save myself some time (big mistake). The woman at the counter(with a bad attitude), said she couldn't help me bc I only had a conf# and not proof of payment. Thank God I printed directions to the hotel-on the bottom in very light print was the total I pd. She accepted it, but treated me like she was doing me a big favor. Upon return, no one knew where my car was, so we had to drive around to look for it. Why did I spend time filling out docs to put in my car window?

The staff at the hotel were professional and kind. We had to wait a little longer than anticipated to retrieve our car. We have used this parking lot before and would return there.

Global's instructions should read you must print out receipt.They will not let you park with just confirmation no.Parked at other hotel's serviced by Global.Gave confirmation no and they pulled it up on computer for you.NotMillenium So out the fee for parking. Only a couple more dollars to park at airport without the hassle

Our vechicle had been moved and the shuttle driver took us directly to the car. The driver (Paul) offered to pick up our keys for us. Excellent service.

Parked car. Told that I had to leave the keys w/hotel and they had right to move it if they decided to - not comfortable with that. Attendent at time of drop off to airport took the time to pick up their car keys from hotel and drive bags and people to their parked cars after their vacation return. For our return, attendent dropped us and the bags at the hotel lobby - I had to get my own key, go to my car and drive it back to lobby to load - not cconsistant service.

In Buffalo at the Millenium, the service was all excellent. They were prompt and helped with heavy suitcases.
In Toronto at the Days,I had to wait, the driver was slow and opinionated and did not help much with the luggage. But I loved the convenience of the service.

On my return, the service did not pick me up. Waited alone at airport for a long time. When arrived at hotel, was told driver went home. Man at desk of hotel was courteous, but will not use your service again.

Did not like having to leave my car key, had I known that was required I may not have went with your service. I did park at the far end of the lot and it does not appear that my car was moved, but I really didn't like leaving the key.
