Due to a communication breakdown between the lady answering the phone and the driver, we were left waiting over 25 minutes before I had to call back, only to find out the driver still had not left, when we were originally told 5 minutes. Called at 4:05p, finally picked up at 4:40p. The gentleman at the parking structure werr very nice and quick.

When I arrived at the hotel I found it very confusing because there was no sign specifically for parking and there was no attendant outside. I got out of my car and went inside and asked and they told me someone would be right there. It seemed like a long time because I had never been there or to that airport so I was stressed. The driver told me it was a courtesy shuttle and they were on a schedule. That didn't make me feel better, but he did get me there. On my return it was efficient

We use Burbank airport because it is so much more convenient than LAX, and we stay and park at Hampton Inn & Suites Burbank Airport because we love great service for a great price and even more convenience!

Shuttle was there to pick me up 10 minutes after I called them when I arrived back at the hotel my car was out front ready to go, my driver took my luggage and placed it in the car for me. Will definitely use your services again.

The 0530 shuttle left 5min early, scaring me but came back in 10 min. BUR security was quick so I had time and no worries.

Shuttle was late. Attendants were rude. Worst parking experience ever. If I could give it minus stars I would. Over 30 minute wait for shuttle and when I called to inquire I was told if I didn't like it to make other transportation arrangements.

The location and price is good but when my wife and I arrived back to BUR and called for the shuttle, it took 35 minutes for him to show up, a long time when you're tired and want to get home! The shuttle driver was unfriendly and disengaged.

This is the easiest, fastest way to get to Burbank Airport. The shuttle is so fast! The driver always asks how I am doing with a smile. The bathroom at the hotel is clean and I always stop in to use it. All drivers, valet attendants are very friendly and attentive to the customer. I could not be more happy with this service!!

Great service, friendly staff. My husband unknowingly dropped a $100 bill out of his pocket...the shuttle driver found it and immediately asked if my husband had dropped it! Wonderful!

The service I had from the Hampton Inn and Suites to the Burbank airport was fabulous! My problem was when my flight was delayed out of Oakland on my return flight and it arrived at 10:45PM missing the shuttle back to the parking garage. My taxi ride was less than desirable and cost as much as 1 nights parking. The number I called on my yellow claim ticket told me the shuttle ran until 11PM which may have worked. Upon calling the Hampton Inn I was told the shuttle stopped at 10:30PM.
