The attendant was not helpful. He charged me full price. What was the point of pre-paying half in advance? I would like to request a credit.

Overall quick entry and exit, and cheap. Just what I was looking for. There is no shuttle but it's literally across the street from Terminal 2, a few minutes walk.

None to happy to be dinged with another full day's charge upon my return because I was "late". I have zero control over the fact that the airline delayed my flights (both ways!) I might understand if the lot was full and you needed the spot to fill a reservation, but it was only about 20% full. the experience did not save me any money, time, effort. I am not likely to repeat.
And I listed poor for shuttle service because there was none.

There is no Shuttle. And the lot is in bad shape. The attendant was not very customer service oriented. Needs training.

The parking attendant was very friendly & courteous! He was so pleasant; even at 9:00 pm when I returned, and probably at the end of his long day. I will happily recommend recommend your parking service. My suggestion would be to add extra lighting. I felt a bit uneasy as I walked to my car at night.
There is no shuttle service at the lot at the Burbank Airport!

It would be a good idea to state that there's no shuttle and you walk to the airport. This is important especially when your flight is very late at night.

Cheap, easy to find, secure lot. Rated shuttle service excellent,however don't know because we didn't use. Kinda of small spaces and very narrow lot, but not a big deal unless you drive a monster truck. Will definitely use again if ever needing to park near Burbank Airport.

Fit the bill. The parking lot is across the street from the airport and within a 10 minute walking distance to the terminal entrances. I would recommend this lot and will use them again in the future. I didn't realize there was shuttle service available to and from the lot, so I didn't use it. This survey requires me to rate it, so I marked it fair.

I have nothing but kind words and thoughts about the Global parking system. We were very pleased with the location of the park in Burbank and found that our car had been well treated. Thank you, Global.

Very frustrating after coming back that the parking lot attendants can't pull our reservation based on name, number, etc...I got in very late and had to dig for a long time to find my email and they parking lot attendant didn't seem to know how the online reservations worked. And it actually would have been CHEAPER to not use the online reservation. I payed more because of it. FRUSTRATING

The parking lot was packed on Saturday at 6:00 AM.
It's pretty tight driving between the cars.
I had to park at the very end of the lot.
It was quite a walk to the terminal.
The price was right!!
A shuttle is not needed if you don't have to park at the very end!!

I made my reservations and paid my deposit. On the day of my flight I dropped my car off and the attendant looked over my paper ( I had printed out) and told me to pay the $30 upon my return which was the balance . I returned to pick my car up but had left the paper in my luggage which I did not have. The a attendant told me I would have to pay the full amount since I did not have the paper with me. Granted it is only a $5 difference but I was not happy with the situation. Manager was rude

It was good enough for the price. 2 days for $24 & cheaper than parking at the airport. I had a quick walk to the rental car place.

We just left the lot and the attendant wanted to overcharge us one extra day. I showed him my paperwork and we paid the correct amount. I am glad I kept the online receipt. It seemed like he guessed at the amount we owed.
