The front desk people seem clueless when asked any questions. The shuttle was not in time to leave and we ended up late to our arrival plan. When we returned, the instructions to find the shuttle were vague so we missed the first time he came. By the time he parked and we saw him and headed toward him, he had got two people and was leaving. We waited a little over an hour after our arrival time before being picked up.I would not use this again!

This was a great service! It was so much easier than long term parking! We don't fly very often, but we will definitely use it again and will recommend it to others.

I like your service. Last month I made a reservation in a place and unfortunately they denied the service. Globalairportparking made an alternative reservation for me and also paid the cost difference on my behalf. It is a good customer relationship and I will be using your service again. Keep up the good work

Drivers were great, but person at front desk didn't give good info on where to meet driver for pickup upon returning back from trip causing us to look around for van for 20 minutes.Also van seemed over booked being that 2 clients had to be left at airport for next pickup.

I called for p/u and they indicated they would send van immediately for us at the airport. It's 2 miles away and takes 5 minutes according to website. It took 35-40 minutes.
Called hotel after 25 minutes, and they said traffic was the issue. When driver arrived, they said they waited for passenger being transported to the airport. Passenger exited van when we got in van at airport. We won't use this location again.
Website says van travels every 15 minutes. New policy is longer.

We have used Global Airport Parking numerous times. We have been very happy with all aspects, from the scheduling to the actual parking area. This trip, our flight home was canceled and we had no issues extending our parking by a day. We have recommended Global Airport Parking to numerous friends.

Unfortunately, we had a last minute change to our trip itinerary and were not able to use the prepaid Global Airport Parking service, Baymont Inn, CLT. The change in plans was not enough in advance to request a refund. We have used Global many times in the past with complete satisfaction. We will plan to visit your service again.

Had to wait for approximately an hour after calling for the shuttle, upon my return. Minor inconvenience. Otherwise, I will definitely use this service again.

Departure - Not on time due to shift change, driver was marginally receptive and did not drop us off at our gate.
Return - Not on time, had to call twice before anyone arrived. We waited over an hour in the cold for someone to arrive. Driver did not get out of the van to help us with our luggage.
I will not use this location again.

Overall, the service was good. Our driver was very prompt and courteous. I would suggest they clean the van (or get a new one) as it was dirty, the seats badly worn and somewhat stinky. But it is a cheap place to park!

when i return from my trip, wait over almost 2 hrs. for shuttle, need improve shuttle.
