The person who picked me up from the airport (I arrived 2 days earlier to avoid winter blast) forgot that I had a 50 lb bag even though I told him I had to get my bag from the back. So as I was taking out my very heavy bag (I am 5 feet tall and 100 pounds), he started driving away! So the bag hit me pretty hard on the recoil and he started driving off with an open back door. It eventually slammed shut from momentum and he stopped and looked out and said "Oh did you have a bag back there?"

Convenient and simple. Hotel was a bit tricky to find but overall service was prompt. I would use this service again.

The attendant was the best. He was couteous and very helpful. I wish I had asked his name or looked at his badge. He was an tall African American man who said that he does a variety of jobs there. He stated that he did whatever needs to be done. You might consider giving him a raise. I think that it was about 1:30 pm on Dec. 27th. He talked about the race track in Wilkesboro and was very pleasant. I will certainly use your facility again! God bless you Betty

Other alternative during holidays if you can't find parking at airport.
Price wise not that much different as taxes are higher for unknown reason

I will definitely do this again! It was far more economical than the airport lots and just as easy, if not easier with the current airport parking crush. The only glitch was when trying to call the number for pickup at the airport, could not get through with several tries. The shuttle arrived anyway but until then, it was a bit concerning since it was late at night. Overall, an excellent experience which I will definitely do again and will recommend to friends!

Excellent service. Left my car at the hotel for over 2 weeks. I got immediate shuttle to the airport and on my return once we landed and went thru customs, we called hotel to send shuttle and it was waiting on us. also hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!

Overall Good. The wait for the shuttle was long. While other shuttles from hotels came more frequently, we were told it would be there in 10 minutes and it took 35 minutes.

There is no way to make that U-turn on Woodlawn Ave. Had to turn left at light, then left at next street, winding around a couple parking lots to arrive at Clarion hotel, which is not marked out front. Apparently this was previously a Ramada.
Otherwuse the check in was easy, and the shuttle timely.

The hotel staff went above and beyond. We arrived about 2 minutes after they were set to leave and another staff member took us individually. Then upon arrival our flight was delayed and they were happy to work with us and allow us to not be penalized.

This was so perfect. I could park on the South side of Charlotte at a very reasonable price. I parked the truck and locked it myself. It was right in the same place when I came back. The van was prompt (even though I came in at evening rush hour) and clean. Will definitely use this again and recommend it.

We were dropped off downstairs "because there were pilots" on the shuttle.When we retuned,we could not reach the hotel.After a half an hour of calling, I called Global; they were unable to reach the hotel as well.They instructed me to take a taxi.I went into the hotel and told them what happened.The next day I received a voice mail from a manager who said their phones were not working the prior day.Global should have a manager's cell phone so that there is always a contact person available.

I HAD TO WAIT ABOUT 45 MINUTES FOR SHUTTLE FROM AIRPORT BACK TO PARKING LOT. NOT SURE IF THIS WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT SEEING THE DRIVER WHEN HE SAID HE CAME AROUND THE FIRST TIME OR NOT.
