This was the WORST experience!!!! When I arrived I was told there were no parking spots available even though I had a reservation and had prepaid. I finally found a spot.
The next morning I traveled to California. I was called two days later telling me I needed to have my car moved. I couldn't speak with the manager for no known reason. I then had to call a towing service to have them move my car.
When I returned to look at the space where I had originally parked there was another car there?

First time parking the car at the La Quinta and we were very satisfied. The surroundings were very safe and secure. The hotel lobby was very nice and clean. We were offered a cup of coffee while waiting for the shuttle. When we arrived back at the airport we called for the shuttle and it arrived in less then 10 minutes. Our driver even dropped us off right behind our car. Would definitely park there again.

hard to find the hotel because of the construction but the staff was great and they were prompt on the pick up and drop off.

I usually park at Blue Sky but picked this one because it was cheaper. The service and drivers were great but I didn't like the longer ride back to our car. We were tired after a delay with our plane so I think I just wanted to get in my car and go home. I do like the convenience of a park and ride.

This is the first time I use this service. It was great. Because I'm retired and didn't need to get to my car the 45 minute wait for the shuttle didn't bother me. I knew when I parked at La Quinta Inn that the shuttle ran on the hour from the Inn to the airport and on the half hour from the airport to the Inn. The flight was delayed so we had missed the shuttle by 15 minutes. I would use this service again.

The shuttle service to airport was good & on time. However, when we returned to ORD we waited almost an entire hour for the shuttle to come pick us up to return to our car. I realize there is a lot of construction around the airport but an hour is a bit lengthy when the hotel is only 5 miles from the airport. (At least that's what the website stated)

The shuttle was new, only 3000 miles and the driver worked well in difficult construction traffic. Staff at the Inn courteous with good people skills.

Upon arrival could not find shuttle at all called LaQuinta no good, I paid $35 on a taxi to get to the motel, otherwise I'd still be standing out there!! Not a happy camper at all very little chance I will use this service again!!!

Initially I thought the shuttle ran every half hour and so I was very nervous when I got there at 7:10 and shuttle was not until 8. My flight was to start boarding at 8:30 and I was told it may take a half hour. But, we got there at 8:10 and all went well. Coming back no issues. Because of construction in the area you need to allow for extra time.

The shuttle bus was late 25min. I called the hotel, but nobody answered the call. At the 5th call hotel clerk told me the bus would come in 5 min.
But it came 15 min. later. There were too many people to ride and the driver said he had to come back after dropping the first group to hotel. unreliable shuttle service.

Shuttle on runs once an hour. Had I seen this in the extremely fine print (after I had paid), I would not have chosen this lot!
Paid over $50 for taxi's due to traffic coming into town and could not wait (we missed the shuttle by 10 minutes. And missed the taxi back by 15 minutes. Did not care to wait 45 minutes after coming off a 10 plus hour flight.

I want to thank the staff for helping me out. The guy who drove the shuttle was so patient in helping restart my truck. When I left it there 9 days ago I left lights on. He made this terrible and stressful experience a relaxed one. He was great.

We had trouble with the staff the day we left and the day we came back we missed the shuttles called the hotel they told us we had to wait for the next one.. We literally saw the shuttle driving away. So we had to spend $30 on a cab. Will never use that facility again

One suggestion, for customers in need of step-by-step directions to locate exact location to meet transporter, it may be helpful if the attendants answering phone (at hotel) could patiently communicate where to go after grabbing luggage. I suffer from health issues which make me forgetful and needed additional help at ohare airport last night.

I do not recommend. Lot is unkempt. Staff is pleasant. Shuttle does NOT run at top of hour as stated. Waited 25 minutes for drive to ORD upon arrival at 10 to hour. On return waited for an hour which included 4 phone calls to hotel. Substitute driver must not have know where terminal 5 was located. Stated she came and yelled "La Quinta" out the window. She may have done it but not at terminal 5 arrivals! Taxi cost me $32 and I lost an hour of travel time. Will not use again.
