There was no shuttle driver available so the manager called a cab and payed for it. The staff was very helpful, however they need to make sure there is someone available for a prompt shuttle.

Desk was not very friendly when I checked in. They said "you need a printed confirmation" I said but I don't have a printer on me. He said the business center is over there. I don't think a printed confirmation should be required as long as you have a confirmation number. I booked this on the road and never had access to a printer. I almost missed shuttle to airport because I had to print it for them. I think they can look it up an print it if they need it.

THIS WAS MY SECOND TIME USING CANDLEWOOD FOR PARKING & SHUTTLE SERVICE & I WILL DO IT EVERYTIME I FLY. THE ATTENDANTS OR DRIVERS ARE VERY NICE & ALERT. I ALWAYS ENJOY MY RIDES.

I arrived back at the airport at 9:20pm and gave the hotel a call to send a shuttle at 9:30pm to pick us up. The shuttle didn't arrive until 10:55pm. I called the hotel numerous times asking where the shuttle was and each time they said something like 10 minutes away. My brother and I waited outside in 38 degree weather for 1 1/2 hours almost. I wish I could give them 0 stars. One of the worst experiences ever.

Outbound shuttle worked OK. Shuttle from airport to hotel took 45 minutes, mostly waiting time. However shuttle was from an adjoining hotel, so could be improved with better arrangements.

I always park at Candlewood because it is so easy to get to and the service is always good until my return back. I called to let them know I need to pick up and so on told me they didn't have a driver until I called back again after I had been waiting for 45min, then they told me Holiday Inn driver would pick me up, I just wish they had told me from the begining, I understand things happen. But I will be using you again. Be bless
