Front desk attendant and the driver were nice and courteous. The shuttle was on time. When we reached the airport, I noticed my wallet was missing. I forgot it in the car. The driver offered to take us back to the parking to get my wallet and bring us back to the airport again. The day before we come back to get the car, they called us to confirm our arrival and pick up time. When we arrived at the airport we called for pick up and 15mins. later, the shuttle was there. Superb experience overall.

The drivers were very polite and drove us to the gate where we needed to be. When we landed we had to wait ninety minutes for a pick up and we had to call them three times. the person at the desk kept sending the van to the wrong terminal even though it was clearly stated on our paperwork. Having said that I will continue to use your service however I will make sure when I return that the person at the motel understands which terminal we will be landing at.

this is the first time I have ever had a location call me to see if my flight has landed an ready for pick up. driver was very nice an courtesy. hard to choose a star rating as driver an service a 5 star condition of van a 1. sue bryson

When I arrived at the hotel I found the doors locked. Had to ring the bell 3 times before anyone came. They were NOT expecting me. Clerk called driver who refused to come because it was raining. I had to leave and find another place to park. Your service is TERRIBLE!!!!!

On our departure the hotel did not know we were coming and had to wake up the driver. Not a big deal.
We had to return a day early. We called the hotel from DFW. They said the driver would not answer his phone. We waited for almost 2 hours at the airport. we finally took a $27 cab back to the hotel to get our car.
We will never use Global Airport Parking again and would advise everyone to go somewhere else.

Shuttle does not leave hourly as advertised was told I should have made a separate reservation for the shuttle. Check in could not be accomplished on the hotel computer, delaying my departure. Driver picked me up in his personal vehicle. I put an approximate return time on my paperwork but apparently there is no driver immediately available if the hotel is not busy. Returned to my car with two tire valve caps missing and 2 tires nearly flat and 2 tires with low tire pressure. Won't use again

I called the day before to make sign up for a ride even though I had a reservation. The clerk at the desk didn't really know what to do with my reservation. The shuttle driver was sleeping and I had to wait on him to get up and come drive me to the airport. Thank goodness I arrive in plenty of time to spare. I got to the airport on time. But when I arrive back in DFW and called the hotel for a pick up the clerk said that there was not a shuttle driver to come pick me up. I asked her what

From the hotel to the airport was good. However, when we returned at 6:30 p.m., there was another shuttle with the same name that took us to the wrong hotel. Then we had to go back to the airport. Our hotel then did not have a driver so they hired a taxi for us. It was then 8:30, so it was a long night!

The Quality Inn does not honor the information on their web site. They claim they will pick up on the hour or when you call them . However , that is not true. I started calling for them to pick me up from the airport at. 8:25. I did not get picked up until 9:35. . I called and asked if the person was walking to pick me up, that's how long it took . I do not recommend using quality Inm airport parking. They do not respect other people time.

The location of this Quality Inn is perfect for us and we love saving money on parking while we're out of town. The young lady at the counter in the motel was friendly and helpful. The lady who was driving the shuttle seemed more interested in talking on her cell phone than either driving or helping us with our bags. We would have felt safer if she had either refrained from talking on the phone or used a hands free device. Her hands completely left the steering wheel at times.

Shuttle was late leaving for the airport. Shuttle is in bad condition with broken mirror, bad shocks and dirty.

All was going reasonably well until my return flight arrived at 11:00 pm, which is after the last run to the airport for this hotel. So I had to pay an additional $30 for a taxi from the airport. That really bothered me although it clearly is not their fault. I reserved the spot late and so had to drive a much longer distance this time. Won't be parking at this spot again if at all possible.

Only leave when they want. Take their time...no urgency. Desk was very courteous though.

Shuttle service was pretty good on the way to the airport, but I waited very close to an hour in 100 degree heat at the airport terminal courtesy van station upon return. They told me the van would be there in 30 minutes when I called.

It was over one hour from the first call for pick up until we were picked up. That was not good!
