The Wingate by Wyndham is located right off of W John Carpenter Fwy on Esters Blvd less than 2 miles away from DFW and provides a safe and secure alternative to parking at DFW. Your paid reservation includes free shuttle service to and from Dallas Airport. Shuttle runs every 40 minutes dropping off at the airport 4:15AM-12AM. On your return TO DFW our shuttle is just a phone call away. The shuttle is shared with a few other hotels and makes stops at each one to drop-off and pick-up passengers. Do NOT park in a handicap space, under any circumstances without a valid handicap sticker. You MUST book a reservation online in order to take advantage of this special offer. The hotel address and driving directions will be provided on your confirmation.

We had to go back in to the hotel receptionist to ask about another shuttle as the first one only had space for one person to get on. She said another one would be there in 40 minutes...not a good answer for us and the other couple with a child that was waiting as well. The next shuttle did show up in about 10 minutes after we had asked about the next shuttle instead of 40 minutes as she had stated.

There is one shuttle service for 5 motels/Inns - Wingate, Red Roof, Days Inn, Motel 6, and Extended Stay America so expect a 30+ minute wait to be picked up, a full shuttle, and several stops. Other than that, this Inn parking was fine.

It took 50 min to b picked up at Dfw. The lady at Wingate was also upset at the wait I had. She called the supervisor and he blew it off. She comment that will try to reach out to some one else. She actually call me back to check my status. II questioned driver, he said he didn’t get a call, it came through his supervisor. Someone is lying, but it wasn’t the lady at the Wingate.

The lady on the phone when I called from the airport was extremely rude. I was on the ground floor in the courtesy van area with my luggage. I tried to tell her and she told me to be quiet and then proceeded to tell me everything that I tried to tell her. Telling me to be quiet and listen reminded me of a grade school teacher. Very rude!! I will not use this again. I have used it several times and the one in Houston was very nice. She has no business working with people

This is the 3rd time we have used Global and problems every time. Wingate did not call the driver until we called back 2nd time. Driver drove past us three lanes over from where pick up was at. All other buses/vans drove slowly past up pick up area for customers except your driver. I guess we will have to use another service because 3 times of problems with Global is exasperating. We tried 3 different hotels but that has not seemed to help.

You definitely get what you pay for. I didn't pay very much to use the parking and free shuttle, and you could definitely tell. When I was at the airport ready to be picked up, the shuttle van was hard to find. Also the van wasn't in very good shape. However, I didn't pay very much to use the services, therefore I shouldn't have expected anymore than I got. Nevertheless, I got what I paid for. Nothing more, nothing less. Thank You.

waited an hour for the shuttle when they said it would be 30 minutes. when he showed up the bus was full and he said me and my friend had to sit in each other's laps. it was cramped, smelly, and annoying.

We waited about 30 mins for shuttle at airport. This is not horrible, but several other shuttle services had multiple vans pass us while we waited. Van that picked us up was very worn and did not smell good at all.

Please point out that the Door for pickup is not D1 its D1-22. And not D40 its D31-40.

Wingate does not stand out among other hotels in the DFW area for airport parking. The shuttle runs every 40 minutes, so you may have to wait a while, especially when returning. But once on board, it's a quick 5-10 minute ride. And Wingate has a comfortable lounge to sit and wait for the shuttle.

The reason for the one star review is that "Catherine" (at the hotel) was absolutely the rudest individual I've ever dealt with. I called to let her know we were waiting for our luggage - she said to call when we had it. I said ok. After we got our luggage, three of us called Wingate for 20 minutes with NO ANSWER! I finally called corporate who called her, and then she said it would be a few minutes. We waited and waited again. I will never use Wingate parking again!!!
