I made the reservation a couple of hours before I needed it. When I got there the lot was full and there was no one there to talk to. I called the phone number on the web site and it was closed. I am requesting a refund because I had to go to another lot. The worst part is that I had made the reservation just a few hours earlier and was still allowed to make the reservation even though there was no room.

It is probably not in your control, but it would be much more convenient if there was an access to south and west bound Pena at the Pena and Tower intersection. There is no development at that location, so I can see no reason not to have an access ramp there. Hopefully you are working with the government to get this done.

This was my third time using the service and i was extremely disappointed at checkout. Very surprised considering how great the previous visits had been. Gave cashier reservation and coupon. She took both and said nothing. Then presented me with bill without deduction for coupon. When I asked why no deduction she said because I had a reservation I couldn't use a coupon. I was shocked. Never advised of this policy. When I drove my other car with express toll, I received the discount. Not good.

This was a wonderful option to airport parking except that when I got back to pay the remainder of the bill you charged me more than my reservation stated even though I picked my car up at exactly the time I stated I would. It was not a big amount but it was still more than I was quoted.

I was very pleased with the service and its close proximity to the terminal. The staff was pleasant and answered my questions clearly which was important since I was a first time user of the service. I used valet parking but will most likely use the self park covered in the future.The time comparison of getting the shuttle and getting to the facility and parking at the airport was not enough for me to continue to pay the outrageous fees at DIA. I will recommend this service to my friends.

Not only was the above services excellent, but when we returned to our car the battery was dead. We called the number we had aND they quickly came out and jump started us at no charge. Would definitely use Global again and recommend you to friends and family.

Used covered parking when we returned after 6 days there were several bird droppings on the vehicle. At least it was out of the weather and hot sun. We stay here every time we fly out of Denver and will continue to do so.

We continue to use GAP for our parking reservations and we always park at Canopy because of the prompt and courteous service!

The shuttle service was prompt going to the airport. I, and several others, waited 20 minutes or more for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Someone had to call. My flight arrived before 6 pm.

the experience was wonderful. I will use Canopy parking again.
One thing i want to bring attention to and I know i should've caught this at time of check out was, I used my master card credit card to reserve my parking spot ahead of time. When I checked out I did not receive a credit of the 18.49 to reserve.

Parking and shuttle were great. I am going to have to call today. I was charged to much. I paid a deposit at the time of the reservation that was not taken off. I didn't notice it till we had already left.

Way way way overpriced. No matter how polite everybody is the fact that you guys are taking such advantage price-wise detracts from everything. So overall I would say very poor and I will do everything in my power to avoid having to park with you guys again

This was the second time I've used the Canopy facility at DIA and it was just as good as the first time. I'm very likely to continue using this for future trips where I need to park at the airport in a covered structure to protect my vehicle from the weather.
