I utilized the valet parking and my only disappointment was when I picked up my car. The car was waiting for me and the attendant was very nice and loaded my suitcase into the car. But when I approached my car I realized it was covered with bird droppings. Not small droppings but definitely a pigeon or something of that size. It was down the side of my car, on the roof, the hood, the windshield. I had to go grab the attendant and ask him to at least get it off the windshield. Covered parking?

I used Canopy Valet Parking at Denver Internatinal Airport. I sign up with Canopy but the bill (I guess is paid to Global). Canopy never has any idea of the amount I prepaid. This is ridiculous. This is 2016. Get your acts together so that customers don't have to worry about bringing in a receipt showing prepayment. Other that this the shocks could be replaced on some of the Canopy shuttles. Is not fun sitting in back. However, I feel safe parking my car there and it has always been retur

This was my first time parking my car at Canopy and I loved it. Everybody was very nice and prompt. Thank you Canopy staff for keeping my vehicle safe.

There is no signage to guide a customer to your shuttle bus? There is also no guide or contact information on the parking ticket we received when we parked. Without a clear path to the shuttle, the returning experience was a nightmare. We did call the lot to get instructions and the attendant treated me like garbage, and in fact gave us false information as to where to catch the shuttle. After that hassle we found a very long line of people waiting for your bus, without anywhere to safely
