Located off of Tower Rd about 6 miles from the Denver Airport. Our shuttle runs 24 hours a day every 30 minutes. You must book your parking reservation on line and show up with your confirmation.

The Shuttle drivers both to and from the airport were courteous and prompt. They helped load and unload baggage, and carried on polite conversations when driving.

When I called to schedule shuttle to airport the desk clerk scared me that they were very full and it would be hard to find a parking place.

The driver would not drop us off at our airline gate. He made one stop on the west side of DIA and said everybody out here. I have a heart disability and can not walk very far. I was exhausted by the time I got to the ticket counter. This is POOR Public Relations for Global Parking.

Sara when I called to make my reservation was very rude. There was a blizzard the day I was to come and I needed more information so I called a day too early and she told me I would have to call back. I really only called 36 hours before my flight. To make me call back in 12 hours seemed extreme.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE REP'S NEED TO TELL PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO CALL THE HOTEL THE DAY BEFORE THEIR FLIGHT TO MAKE A FURTHER RESERVATION TO RIDE THE SHUTTLE FROM THEIR LOCATION. NOBODY TOLD ME THAT, AND WE ALMOST WEREN'T ABLE TO GET ON THE SHUTTLE DUE TO THAT INFO NOT BEING RELAYED TO ME!!! THE REPRESENTATIVE TOLD ME NOTHING FURTHER WAS NEEDED OF ME WHEN I MADE THIS RESERVATION BY PHONE - AND THAT GLOBAL WOULD NOTIFY THE HOTEL DIRECTLY OF THE RESERVATION!!!

the parking lot was extremely full. and I called the Days Inn the day before to make the reservation as instructed and the lady told me I didn't need to do that as there would be a different driver the next day anyway. And when I got to the hotel on Monday morning there was no space available on the Days Inn or the Best Western shuttle BUT the front desk employee was good enough to call the Holiday Inn and ask for 2 of their spots. We made it, so that was good.

Thank you for a good, economical parking solution. Although I began to panic as there were no parking spots available at the exact hotel where I had made my reservation, the attendant informed me that I could use an adjacent hotel lot. I was not given anything to place in the window of my car while I was parked, which only concerned me when the return shuttle driver informed me that I should have been given something. Still, all went very well.

The wait for the shuttle coming and going is much longer than normal parking shuttle. The savings is not worth the waiting. We will likely not use this service in the future.

We tried calling the Days Inn when we returned, but no one answered the phone. The van did arrive, but it was extremely frustrating to call and no one answered. This was our first experience and we didn't know what to expect.

I arrived at the Days Inn at 645 am for the 700 am DIA shuttle to discover that the shuttle had left early so I had to wait 45 mins the morning of my flight. Upon return to DIA, I called to request the shuttle and was instructed where to get picked up. Again, I had to wait almost 45 mins for pickup after calling a second time. The literature states the shuttles leave for DIA every 30 mins on the hour & the half hour and the shutte picks up at DIA for return at :15 and :45 mins after the hour.

Decent enough experience. Shuttle wasn't print, but not too late. The driver was helpful, courteous and didn't drive dangerously. The front desk weren't too helpful, bit they were nice. All said, I'd leave my vehicle there again.
