We don't travel often, but we will definitely use this service again. Shuttle from the Holiday Inn Express is the way to go! Drivers were courteous and informative. I was glad that I asked our driver to the airport where the shuttles pick up exactly for the return. It made it very easy.

We arrived at 3:00 a.m. and were lucky to find a parking spot for our compact car--only saw two empty spaces in a huge lot. Some cars were parked in nontraditional parking spaces on the end of rows-really in the way of traffic. We would NOT have liked to have had to do that.

We waited 1.5 hours for pick up from airport yesterday. We arrived and promptly phone from the plane that had not yet deboarded to arrange for a pick up on the west side 506. We had to call 4 times and were told that a shuttle would be available within 5 minutes. This is not very good customer service in my opinion.

after 12 days, the car battery was dead. they were great jump starting the car.

Extremely disappointed with your company. The Holiday Inn Express staff was great! We were informed when we scheduled our shuttle it was already full for every shuttle from 4am-5:30am was full. They also told me you always overbook their shuttle. This is absolutely ridiculous. You should not offer a shuttle service and tell people to arrive 2 hours prior to their flight when you know the shuttle is overbooked! You know the exact time we were dropping off the car.

Please put into the shuttle information that you need to call to make reservations at the hotel you will be using ahead of time, so that when you get to the hotel and they tell you the shuttle is full, then you don't have to pay extra for a cab so you won't miss your flight!!!!!

After I called for a pickup upon my return back to Denver it took us 1:30 minutes before we got to our car. I think the service could be a little faster
