It was perfect. The reservation was easy, the hotel and parking lot excellent. The hotel personnel very courteous. I emailed Global with some changes and they responded in a very short period of time. Overall I will use them again. Thanks

The shuttle did not run every 30 minutes as your instruction stated. The shuttle was every 45 minutes and had another stop before we left for the on Wed when I left and took 1 hour and 10 minutes on the way back. I wish you would be upfront about that in the instructions. It would have helped me better plan. My upgrade was given away as I almost missed my flight out to Vegas On Wed. I fly all the time and have precheck and clear so I get thru the lines quickly. I have never almost missed a fligh

The website stated the shuttle from the hotel ran every 30 minutes. After purchasing my parking reservation I found out that I had to also call the hotel to make a shuttle reservation. I found out then that the shuttle only runs every 45 minutes. The shuttle was 15 minutes late leaving the hotel. On my return trip I waited 50 minutes for the shuttle. Parking at this hotel was cheaper, more convenient, and the shuttles were on time before Global got involved. I will take the train next time.

They leave every 45 minutes but Global said they leave every 30 minutes. This isn't good for schedule. Additionally global says you have to call ahead for shuttle but hotel said its always running. Doesn't leave you confident in getting the shuttle.

The shuttle from Renaissance to DIA did not show up, but hotel staff called a cab for us. Shuttle from DIA back to hotel was fine although very crowded. People had to stand.

Except for having to wait longer than expected (20 minutes) for the return shuttle, this was a good option, especially since we did not have to worry about hail damage to our vehicle. The driver/attendants were very pleasant and helpful. Also, clean bathrooms were waiting for us at the hotel! We will use this service again.

Very simple and efficient process. Also, a good value as the parking is covered, an important factor when it is the season in which hail damages many cars at the airport. Will definitely use this facility again.

The parking was easy to find and covered completely. That is great because we came home to a blizzard. The shuttle drivers were polite and helpful. The folks at the hotel were the same. This was a pleasant experience and we will use the service again. Thanks.

We have used globalairportparking three times. The prices are excellent and reservations are very easy. However, all three times finding parking at the hotel has been difficult. Once we had to park on the street. Once we had to wait over 30 minutes until someone left to have a parking spot. And once we were told to park at another hotel's lot. I'm not sure if this is the issue of globalairportparking or the hotel itself. This makes us uncomfortable and we may not use your service again.

I continue to be troubled by how difficult it is to find the shuttle pick up point at DIA, and how the shuttles are rarely on time. Baffled too by the fact that competitor's shuttles pick up on both the East and West side of the airport, Renaissance only picks up on the West side, leading to confusion. I waited for an hour on the East side. Surely signage at the airport indicating which hotels pick up where would be an enhancement to the traveling public.

Even with the rodeo in town there was ample parking in the covered lot. Attendants were friendly and knowledgeable.

On my departure day, I chose Renaissance Hotel as my pick up point for the shuttle. I called in advance, and informed the hotel per instructions of the need for a 4:30am pickup. The shuttle never showed. A 5:00 shuttle arrived... But by then the hotel had to call taxis for nearly 15 people. We could not take the 5:00 shuttle because it had more stops before the airport. I was lucky to make my flight with 5 minutes to spare. Very stressed beginning my vacation. Return shuttle was mo problem.
