I was so disappointed on my return back to DTW. I called for pick up immediately when we landed, after 1.5 hour wait the shuttle finally showed up. I was in contact with the hotel the whole time, but she could not do anything about it. In the drivers defense it was snowing and the time was 11pm. So I will probably not use this service again although I might because it was quite convenient and fare priced.

Apparently I did not use your facility. In error I thought I was booking through the Holiday Inn Express on Merriman road and parked at Qwik Park located behind this hotel. When I went into the Holiday Inn Express Lobby as stated on the reservation the girl at the desk didn't even give me the time of day only said go the parking lot behind. I mentioned that the instructions read I was to go into the Lobby but she didn't even look up and answer me. So last night I had to pay $64 so I could go

Apparently the first driver that was supposed to pick us up forgot us. We called again and 20 minutes later someone was there.

We were very disappointed with the return service. We waited at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle on our way back. The Holiday Inn Express attendant only answered the phone intermittently. It took us 10 mins to get a hold of her on the first try and then she put us on hold for 15 mins and then blamed us for not telling her we needed a pick up for parking, which we did. She also told us she would call back but never did. The shuttle itself was old, with stained seats and a broken door.

Parking for my trip to the airport was fine. The attendant took my luggage to the shuttle and I arrived in a timely manner. Coming back from the airport to the parking lot wasn't as nice. Just the fact that there was several inches of snow and I tipped the driver, I thought MAYBE he would have put my luggage at my car-about 6 feet from the shuttle. The price is great for long term stays. I'm sure I'll use this facility again and hope for better weather.

Shuttle to the airport should be more frequently then on the hour.

Our plane did't get in until after midnight, and the driver had already left the airport when I called, but he was kind enough to turn around and come back to get us!! We were so grateful because we still had a 2 hour drive ahead of us!! Thank you so much....we will be using your services next time we fly and would highly recommend your services to others!

Only problem was limit to 1 shuttle/hour to airport and shuttle was full; there was another shuttle parked in lot but only 1 driver. I had to take a taxi to airport which added additional $45 to cost. Tried calling ahead as I had 2 hour drive to facility when I learned shuttle was full.
Return shuttle experience was excellent--I called when landed and shuttle attendant was looking for me at pickup area. He delivered me directly to my car in back lot.

Shuttle service was good and prompt.
Would be nice if the back doors of the hotel - facing the parking lot are accessible. It was snowing and cold and quite a walk from the parking spot to the front hotel lobby.
