Conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the Houston Airport terminals on Will Clayton Parkway. We are open 24 hours a day. Your online parking reservation includes free shuttle service to and from IAH airport. Our shuttles run from 4am until midnight every 30 minutes. The last pickup at the airport is at 11:45pm just call and we will come pick you up. Complete address and driving directions are provided on your confirmation upon checkout.

We arrived the airport terminal before 10pm, and called for pickup immediately. The shuttle came after 25 minutes, and then took us around the airport for a full loop (stoped at every terminals) before it departed to the hotel. It was 11pm when the shuttle arrived at the hotel's parking lot. Poor service and will never use this parking lot again.

The only negative thing was that when I called to have the settle to pick me up the person who answered the phone, female at 9pm when she asked me what terminal I told her spirit air she repeated terminal number very rude, I explained I didn't know but that I was at spirit again, she again said terminal number i then stated hold on let me find someone to ask. I just did not like how she was rude. Other then that, everything else was great. Thank you.

Everything for the most part is good. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is the parking lot condition that was a bit below excellent

We waited for the pick-up shuttle for 45 minutes, then found the shuttle is full of passengers, and had to wait for another 15 minutes for the shuttle coming back. Terriable shuttle service!

When I arrived at Ramada Inn, I gave confirmation paperwork to attendant. I asked her where should I park. She told me to park in the front of the Hotel, but not indicating clearly that I needed to park to the far right of far left. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I had an orange tag placed on my windshield (which was hard to get off). I was not fined and was given the correct parking location. However,the initial attendant should been more precise in her parking directions.

I got a parking violation sticker on my car. I was told to park any where and then I come back and a orange sticker was on my car for invalid parking area??

This is my first time using Global Parking. There was no clear instructions on where I am supposed to park within the hotel lot. The front desk person assumed I parked in a good spot, but then when I got on the shuttle, the rude driver told me I needed to move my car. Worth part about the whole experience is the shuttle driver. I have never met anyone more rude that works for a hotel. He alone is good enough reason to park somewhere else.
