I've used Red Roof Inn several times through Global Parking. Always a good experience.

This is another business with misleadinng advertisement practices. I had to pay a taxi for my return to the parking lot because their shuttle services stop at midnight and My flight arrived at midnight. Don't get fooled by lower prices, if you have an international flight that arrives after midnight you will expect to go through the afterhours taxi ordeal.

The attendant at hotel failed to remind us where to wait for the shuttle when we arrived and called.

A little wait on pick-up, but understandable since we arrived at busy time, overall... A great convenient way to park.

I was a little worried about leaving my car in a hotel parking lot for several days but I was able to park in front and had no issues. This was great!

Diana Miller at IAH parking attendant sent me to the shutter bus lot for parking vehicle and I waited 1 hour so I then call red roof inn again for directions and was told I was in the wrong area. Thanks to Monica at red roof inn , I was able to find the right hotel shuttle pickup area.

Had gone to overseas for 12+ days and this place was perfect place to park. People are courteous at Red Roof Inn and the shuttle was prompt. Highly recommended.

I was fortunate to have a good experience, however I was told there were no available spots, and that they are often oversold. THIS IS NOT OK! this is airport parking, I would have missed my flight If i had not been able to park! This makes me VERY reluctant to use Global again in the future. If you would like to keep me and my contacts as a customer, please let me know how I can be sure this will not occur in the future. would give 4 stars, except for this major issue. Pickup from airport is slow.

On my return shuttle, we stopped to pick up airline personnel. The Attendant opened his door and the back door and left it open for several minutes while calling to get confirmation. All the cool air
was gone. He should have closed both doors and kept it cool with the van.

I have learned my lesson! I will not park in cheap parking lots again. Price was great, security was adequate, shuttle to airport was as scheduled BUT after returning from 10 day trip, tired & wanting to get home we waited for 30 minutes, made 3 calls to the Red Roof Staff asking to send the shuttle, was promised the shuttle would arrive in 20 minutes from my first call made at the baggage claim area waiting for my luggage. The shuttle NEVER came. I paid a cab $16 for return trip.NEVER again.
