The desk clerk was asleep when I arrived and I had to call the motel to wake her. Then she wanted a print out, and her printer was our of ink.

Really bad ... it took the shuttle an hour to pick me up from the airport

The parking attendant first passed us by despite our waving at her. Then when she arrived she gave no apologies but stated she couldn't stop on her last run because she was full with two passengers and then changed it to four passengers. The vehicle she was driving was a seven passenger van. We had to wait close to an hour for service.

Parked my car for 3 months and I can not come back to pick up my car. I called the office and they are so nice and help me to book online for additional time.

We prefer parking at Wyndham IAH for many reasons : 1/ The location is very convenient to get in and out of the Beltway 8 . 2/ The shuttle is on time to get to the IAH (need to be at the hotel 's reception 10 minutes before every hour to get the shuttle) . 3/ Very low cost compared to other parking spots around IAH.
Thank you Global airport parking to keep the fee low enough for us to be a loyal customer at IAH.

Great parking area. The shuttle was prompt taking us to the airport and picking us up. We will definitely use them again!

Overall service was great except for the shuttle service on the way to the airport was not a good experience. I arrived at 7:58am and the driver saw me walking in to the reception area. He decided to leave without waiting on me even after the receptionist called him advising that it was still early to leave and I had to wait for another hour at the hotel where I almost missed my flight.

I had a very poor experience with the shuttle to the hotel. When I arrived to the airport, I called the hotel 6 times to request the shuttle to the parking lot. I was told that the can't reach out to the driver and that I should get a taxi !!!!! I did get a taxi but the hotel won't refund the taxi. My advice to you, look else where if you don't want to have. Bad experience.

I waited over an hour to be picked up from the airport. I told Candace the airline and wasn't sure if the terminal was e or a. The driver did not have a cell phone with him so he had to go all the way back to the hotel to communicate. Both unacceptable!!!!

The shuttle was over booked during our departure and people had to sit in the cargo area. Better coordination is needed between the hotels and shuttle service. Upon return the hotel could not provide any info in regards to the pick area. The explanation was that they worked for the hotel not the shuttle service. If you have to call them they should at least be able to tell you that there is a hotel shuttle area or even better know the door numbers of the terminals, where the shuttle picks up

Convenient site from airport. Everyone from the receptionist to the driver was friendly, helpful and professional. Will definitely use them again when I fly. The only drawback is that they do not have covered parking. The heat in the car after 7 days of intense Houston heat and humidity was unbearable!!!

I contacted hotel for collection at airport and was told that shuttle would arrive in 10-15 minutes, after 30 minutes I tried to contact hotel and call was not answered three times. Shuttle bus eventually arrived 50 minutes after I called. When I arrived at hotel my car battery was flat, hotel told me they could not help, manager told bus driver that he could not use shuttle bus to jump car and they did not know location of any garage in the area. Very poor customer service, will not use again

1st driver from parking lot to airport was fantastic. the return man....
not hospitable at all. no hello. hi. hmm ooo NOTHING.. i didnt even see his eyes or hear a word he said. i said good eve. thank you, etc... the $5.oo tip remained in my hand. im sorry!

It took 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after two phone calls. When the lady arrived she was sat in the van for a few seconds eating or maybe she was putting that nasty dip in her mouth because she kept spitting while she held the door open. Other wise she was courteous but I did not tip her since I did not like the service she provided.

Unfortunately, reasonably priced transportation to and from IAH is nonexistent. A one way trip from the suburbs can easily top $100. The long-term airport parking lots are okay for a week or less, but any longer and the bill will easily top $100.
Vested interests who own city hall have a lock on this Houston embarrassment.
Until this changes, (probably never) parking at Wingate will save you a few precious bucks. Fast terminal pickup and return. Courteous drivers.
