Super 8 Hotel provides secure self parking for your vehicle while you travel out of Indianapolis Airport. Our shuttle runs 24/7 to and from the airport every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour. *4 PERSON MAX PER VEHICLE ON THE SHUTTLE additional passengers will be charged $5.00 per person. When returning to the hotel from the airport look for shuttle vans marked Wingate and/or Cambria, the shuttle is shared with other hotels. You MUST book online in order to take advantage of this internet-only special parking rate.

We have used this service several times without incident. However this time the lot was overbooked and we had to move to another hotel at the last minute. Made for a hectic morning, but overall good service and will continue to use and recommend.

Not enough parking spots available. Had to park at the restaurant next door. When picked up, I was indicated to wait at the wrong location, taking an extra 30 minutes to be picked up. With all of the processing fees and hassle, it much more economical to use the airport parking.

We booked with Super 8. After filling out paperwork there, we had to drive to the hotel behind it and park in a field?? They were on time. A little bit of bait and switch when you add charges on top of the advertised price.

We were supposed to park at the super 8. Their parking lot was full and the over flow was going into the pancake house. We parked there. It was well lit. When we returned, there were no problems. Our car was fine. The shuttle attendants were great! I called when we got our luggage and headed toward the zone 2 pick up area. The driver said he would be there in ten minutes and if we wanted to wait inside he would come in to get us. He was there in less then ten minutes. Perfect!!

Every thing went fine except for the desk at the Super 8. When I checked in I had to wait at least five min for the clerk and when I had questions he was gone and I had to call for him (3 times). When we came back and I called 3 times for pick up 3:30pm the cleaning staff finally answered and gave me the number of another hotel desk to call. After about 15min we finally got someone to send a van to pick us up. The driver said that the desk clerk at the Super 8 was the owner of the Hotels.

Why not have a separate shuttle for the airlines to the training center. We had to wait 44 minutes to be picked up from the airport due to this going to the center first.

Worst experience I have ever had. They left us stranded at the airport. Called them 3 times and each time they assured me shuttle was on the way and should arrive at the airport soon. They lied every time! Shuttle van was still parked at the Super8 when we finally arrived by Lyft to pick up our vehicle. I will be telling all of my fellow travelers and posting negative comments on several consumer websites.

Waited 30 minutes to be picked up at airport. Called 3 times, the driver was not happy when someone called to tell him I had complained he said on the phone they didn't wait that long. I knew that he was talking about me. I could be showed anyone my phone from when I first called. Very disapointed.

I was supposed to park at Super 8. There was 1 spot lest. When I went in to register I was told I needed to go to the Cambria hotel. I had to take all my luggage back to my car, drive down the street to the Cambria and register there. The shuttle was there at 5:30 AM but didn't leave until almost 6AM. Then the shuttle took a group to another facility before going to the airport. I arrived only 25 minutes before boarding. Very disappointed in the service and probably will not use it again.

This is a typical bait and switch scam. You advertise a $5/day rate. But after adding on fees, you are more expensive than the economy lot run by the airport. And extremely inconvenient. We will not use your service again.

We frequently wait more than 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up after returning. This time was no exception. I believe it was 40 minutes. Maybe a wait that long wouldn't be bad if there was some way that you could monitor where the shuttle is so you know when you have to go out into the cold to get in. But standing in the cold for 40 minutes makes one look for an alternative even if I have to pay more. And the value isn't as good as it used to be anyway.
