The overall experience was great. The pricing was very reasonable for the service. I was a little putoff by the delay in pickup at the airport. Had to wait for over an hour because driver was tied up with other other shuttle runs that did not involve airport pickup. All in all though I would gladly use the service again.

The driver who picked us up on return at train was just great, very kind. Directions were wrong on way to parking lot but otherwise very good deal

Perfect! I was met and returned to the parking lot by a 3rd party. The host hotel staff were friendly. Upon my return, I felt unwell. The staff offered water and other comforts. Very nice. Kudos to Hampton; let's be fair!
I would use again gladly.

My only complaint is the cancellation policy. My flight was cancelled and I could not get another flight, therefore I had to cancel my trip. I was not able to get my parking refunded. I didn't stay but 4 hours before I had to leave! Why should I have to pay FULL PRICE FOR FOUR HOURS!

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE SHUTTLE WILL NOT DEPART UNTIL 5AM....I missed my 6AM flight out of Jackson....I will use the service again with a later flight only

route to the airport was great,
on the travel back had to wait about 20 minutes.
this was the first time using a service like this and will definitely try it again.

This service is a great, inexpensive alternative to airport parking when you can't get someone to take you.

The staff there was very unprofessional. On my arrival there they didnt know what I was talking about and it took them thirty minutes to figure my reservations out. When I arrived back in town I talk to the front desk to a employee named Sunny. She simply gave me a hard time and hung up in my face two times really not trying to understand what was going on. So in the near future I would not recommend for you all to use this hotel ever again. Bad Bad experience.
