Park Ez Fly offers the lowest parking rate for the Jaxport Cruise Terminal and provides safe and secure parking for your vehicle as you cruise out of the Port of Jacksonville. We are a quick 12 minute ride to your port terminal. Our shuttle runs 24hrs on demand. Any party larger than 4 will have to drop off the extra passengers prior to parking the vehicle with us. Also, we will not accept RV’s, or vehicles with trailers, as it complicates the mobility in the lot.

WHEN I CALLED FOR PICKUP AT THE CRUISE TERMINAL, THE ATTENDANT DID NOT ADVISE OF THE DIFFERENT COLOR VAN WITH NO MARKINGS ON THE SIDE FOR PICK-UP AS THE ONE WE WERE TAKEN TO THE PORT IN. THIS CAUSED CONFUSION AND DELAY AND A SECOND PHONE CALL. FINALLY FOUND DRIVER AND MADE IT TO THE LOT AND GOT ON OUR WAY HOME. HAVE USED THIS LOT OVER THE PAST 10 YEARS AND THIS WAS FIRST CONFUSED CONNECTION.

We drove to the sight but eh airport as instructed and were then told we needed to go to a different lot by the cruise ship port. It was an additional 20 minutes of driving that could have been avoided. When we returned we had to wait for quite awhile because there were so many people needing to catch the shuttle back to the lot. It was very disorganized.

EZ Parking was Awesome! They even had shuttles already waiting at the Jaxport CRUISE Terminal when we arrived....a definite 5 star customer service. I will be using their location again and again. Thank You!

Wrong address on website. Needs to b corrected for cruise patrons.

Cruise parking had been moved to a unpaved lot 4 blocks from the cruise terminal. Received directions to get to this location from the attendant at the lot for which you gave the address.Lot was soggy and muddy from the rain. The folks operating the lot were good and the pickup was prompt. Cost is to high for what we received.

The address on the confirmation email was incorrect. Drove 15 minutes to the airport only to find out it was right next to the cruise ship.

Our only problem was that your website gives an incorrect address for the parking lot. When we arrived there, we were told to drive to another lot located a few blocks from the ship. Why isn't this address on your site?

My wife left bag with Mac & iPad on shuttle. I called & y'all brought it right over! That's honest service! Only complaint was when I called for port lot, they had us go to airport & pay, then drive to port lot. That was stupid & out of our way, driving from Tampa....

All the workers were so sweet and chipper! When we first pulled in we were a little worried because it's not the ritziest place but our car was just fine and nothing had been touched. Definitely a deal for your dollar. Will use again!

Suggest a clear map when making the resv. I ended up at the port terminal after waiting in line for 30 minutes to be told wrong place lost my deposit and it cost $180.00{3 cars} too far to return to Park EZ

I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised at what a great experience we had with you all! Very friendly and courteous people who went above and beyond to take care of us and the other patrons. I was worried about the security of the lot but, it all worked out well. Thank you!

I really appreciated the new parking area so close to the cruise terminal. However, the parking was on grass and had the weather been wet, it could have really been messy. It wasn't so that was not an issue. Attendants and drivers could not have been nicer.

Always efficient at the lot. Pick up at the port a bit confusing and waited at wrong stop.
