Everything worked out great. The Radisson employees were not familiar about the Globalairportparking and I had to explain why I was there several times and show them my receipt.
Other than the Radisson employees not knowing about your program, everything else was fine.

When i arrived, I asked how to get in the garage, was given wrong directions. Went to front desk to register my car with them, noone at the front desk knew about this service. I had to take a cab to the airport because they have one shuttle that was out on runs and it would be a 45 minute wait. Upon returning, my car battery was dead, hotel/security was unable to offer any assistance in jumping my car or helping to find someone who could. BRETT was awesome in helping me on my return.

the biggest problem was that my ticket didn't work when I slides it in. I had to push the red button for help and they let me out

The one negative aspect of the whole experience was the Radisson Hotel seemed utterly unaware they were even offering the service. Upon check-in, the reception desk and the bell/valet desk stated they didn't know it was something they did. Hotel security made the call that I should park in a valet spot. I ended up moving my vehicle twice for them. Upon leaving the ramp, I was presented with a $225 parking fee. The call button produced positive results, but you can understand my frustration.

The hotel seemed a little confused about what I wanted - like it was their first time. It took about an hour and a half (luckily I had the time) to get checked in, park down the block, drag my bags back and wait for a shuttle (at least 50 minutes for that). The ride was 15 minutes not 5. When I flew back in, I had to wait 35 minutes for a pickup so it was 65 minutes between baggage claim and my vehicle. First time at this hotel and AZO. Think I will go back to GRR. It's about 20 min all in.

My car was in the exact same condition as I left it 15 days ago! Kept it nice and snow-free as well.

Did not use the shuttle. Parking garage unattended. No one at the hotel had any knowledge of the arrangement with Global. A good wait and several phone calls later I was able to park.

Further explanation on where parking is located is needed. I thought the parking lot was at the hotel so I went to the hotel and had my car valet parked because I didn't realize it was self-parking. Luckily parking lot attendants were very helpful and there was no cost for the valet parking.
