Driver on the return trip was on the phone and Internet checking the weather, then another phone rang. Please just drive in your lane and pay attention to the road. In Nevada, it is against the law to even be on the phone. It is worse than drinking and driving!!!

Have used this location several times now.
Things worked fine, with just a little longer wait on our return for the shuttle. Overall good experience. Will see you all again, next time.

Driver was courteous and patient with my wife and two small children as we loaded/unloaded our luggage. We received excellent and professional service.

We waited 25 minutes and made 3 phone calls before anyone arrived to take us to our vehicle.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very good service. As soon as we arrived we checked in, parked and the shuttle was ready to take us to the airport. Called when we returned and they came immediately to pick us up. Couldn't ask for any better service.

Parking was great, but you always want indoors if you can find it. But no problems what so ever with anything, my car was just the way I left it. Thank you!

When I left KC on 7/23 the service was great. On my arrival back on 7/29 I had to wait for over 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up. The woman driving the shuttle was talking on her cell phone the entire time. She ran two red lights and ran over the curb when we got back to the hotel. I will use the service again but maybe you need to vet your drivers a little closer. Possibly have someone from your company ride the shuttle occasionally to see how your drivers are relating to the customers.

I am not disgusted with you, Global but I am terribly disgusted with the Econo lodge. On my departure the manager was very rude and acted an though waiting on me was a terrible bother. The return is what I am disgusted and upset about. I was flying standby was unable to let them know in advance what my arrival time would be. Upon arriving at KC I called the Econo Lodge 12 times over a period of 45 minutes and the calls went to an answering machine. I finally had to hire Super Shuttle for $29.

Waited in hot sun, 86 degrees, for over thirty minutes! Called again took 15 minutes to get in touch with someone! Was told they were busy, had angry customers waiting to check in! The young lady told me she didn't know what to tell me, but it could be another 30 minutes or longer! Called a taxi, there in less then 2 minutes? Friendly and helpful! Cost me $13 in fair fees and I tipped the young man $7 . I was so thankful to have a ride to my car! Will never use your service again! Horrible serv

When we arrived there was a car in lot that had a flat tire, which was a little scary but could have been a bad tire. The lot was not cleared from snow when we arrived on Feb 1st. Called 5 times before reaching someone to pick us up from airport van was ok for the ride.

Parking worked out very well. Flight was delayed an extra day but car was safe in their lot.
