I was left at the airport for over a hour after they said they waited on me and my family and I have used these services before but never again!!!!

I normally do not comment on these surveys, but I just wanted to say that the driver who picked me up was extremely helpful and friendly. I know normally you get bad comments in this section, but I just wanted to let you know what a good job he is doing. I will continue to use your service in the future.

It made my parking experience. Instead of paying high airport long term prices I parked for 7 days for just under $50.00 you can't touch that at the airport and we were only minutes away by a very new shuttle and wonderful shuttle driver.

The staff was nice enough. The lot is in a really run down area off The Strip. The parking lot did make me think twice about leaving my car. It has a 1970's motel look-like the ones my parents went to way back when motels were popular, and as I understand it a "hotel" that has doors that open onto balconies rather than into a hotel is a motel. Getting them on the phone let alone to collect you at the airport is a job. For all the wait I'll take an Uber next time.

This parking experience was by for the best of all Las Vegas parking lots. Staff and drivers were very respectful and professional. The shuttle bus/van was spotless.

Hotel lobby extremely smoky. Arrived before 9 pm as didn't want to take chance missing last shuttle. Learned 9 pm was last shuttle due to no driver. Hotel did pay for a taxi to airport. On return, called hotel at 5:07 pm. Told driver enroute. Called again at 5:33. Was told informing driver. Pick up was 5:50 pm. Felt this was slow.

This was the first time I used this service,and no one told me I should see the shuttle when it arrives,therefore I missed it to the airport and had to call a taxi to make sure I made my flight
On my return. I called and was told it should be there in about 20 minutes----while waiting in the heat it arrived 45 minutes from the time I called. Don't think I will do that again.

We needed shuttle service after 10:00 PM, that would have been nice.
The shuttle arrived about 10 minutes early but didn't invite us into the van till time to go. It was a very hot day.

Driver came 20 min late to pick us up. Then drops off people to a casino before taking us to airport. He then dropped us off in the area and we had to walk a long distance to check in and almost missed our flight. On return we waited 45 min. And he never picked us up, so I had to take taxi and it cost me $20.00. So I won't be using you ever again

the gps location did not align with the parking lot, not the fact of the parking lot, but needs to be resolved. the shuttle driver was very nice, and I was impressed by his courteous behavior. the hotel staff, was fine, but not great, they were a little on the curt side. I would use them again.

When I checked in the attendants were preoccupied with their own personal conversations,it was ten mins after the shuttle service ended, I had to call a cab as I was waiting the shuttle pulled up but I still had to take the cab. When I returned I called the hotel numerous times but the prompt for guest services & operator would just go back to the main menu. I ended up paying $50 in cab fares which was the same price it was to park. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.

Prior to leaving your car you have to check in at the hotel desk clerk. The clerk could not tell me what I needed to do if I wanted to extend my reservation. They only knew where I could park my vehicle. They have a man who stands outside & watches the cars but I was worried about my car because there was some activity going on the lot that appeared unsavory. Shuttle service is provided to the hotel residents & it goes to the strip first. So give yourself a lot of time if you park your car.

The Mardi Gras Hotel did not have me fill out any sort of parking pass or permit for my stay. They looked at my receipt and told me I would be fine. I felt uneasy about doing this because of the possibility of my car mistakenly being towed due to not being a hotel guest. I would like to request that in the future, regardless of how long the vehicle is parked in the parking lot that a pass or permit is provided showing proof of payment for you service to avoid any confusion.

The parking itself was fine, considering the price. My car was there when I returned and not damaged.
The shuttle service to the airport was fine as well. However, the pick up service from the airport is non-existent. I called 6 times and waited an hour and a half and I ended up having to take a taxi back to pick up my car. So if you want to save money on long term parking you need to add on $17 for taxi back to the parking lot.
