When we arrived could not get shuttle until 20 minutes later. Appears that shuttle runs every thirty minutes and was not made aware of this. The driver was doing nothing except standing around, drinking coffee and talking with desk clerk. The airport is two minutes and could have taken us but chose to make us wait twenty minutes. When we returned received bad directions from clerk. The van was dirty and smelled like dirty diapers. The seats are not safe and they need to be replaced.NOT SAF

On our return trip, we arrived with baggage in hand at approximately 11:15 P.M. When we contacted Best Western to pick us up we were informed that the last pick up was 11:00 P.M. which we were not told when we arranged our trip. We had to take a taxi to Best Western to secure our car. Needless to say we will search other locations in the future.
