Worst experience, it took me 45 min to get picked up and 3 phone calls. Then the driver was rude to me and argued that I should have gotten a cab instead. I told him I paid for the transportation and it should not have take this long. I was upset at the time however the driver was arguing with me and told me I was a crazy person and was not going to take my crap. What that hell is that. I will be following up with the Mgr today. I was pissed at that point, I didn't insult him like he did me.

Everything above was excellent but when I returned on May 6th I saw that my car was broken into and the contents of the glove compartment and side storage were taken. Luckily I had heard NOT to leave your garage door opener in your car when you park it longterm.
I reported the breakin to night manager (11PM) and he seemed unconcerned. He said they weren't responsible and I could call the police if I wanted.

Shuttle service sometimes involves a 20-30 min wait as the driver might be on break or might be coming back from the airport. Just make sure to factor this in to your decision on when to arrive at the lot.
I was concerned with the previous review of the car getting broken into. Its good not leave ANYTHING in the car to entice someone. Still, that incident will make me think twice about using the service again. With no security, anyone could be a victim no matter how careful they are.

Slow on the return pickup at airport, the van picked at the car rental first. The car rental customer could have taken shuttle to the airport!

Very nice shuttle drivers, arrived when they said they would when called at the airport upon return. Felt very comfortable walking through the parking lot at 2am. They also allow you to park in any spot you want.

We waited for the return shuttle for almost an hour after calling twice from the airport. Other than that, the service was good.

Global Airport Parking at The Hampton Inn Las Vegas was a 10 star experience. The best and I will be sure that everybody I know planning to travel will know about Global Airport Parking at The Hampton Inn Las Vegas. I will be back in the near future the next time I go on vacation.
