Called saying our flight was delayed three hours would not be in until 9 or so, person that answered phone very responsive, but should have mentioned shuttle stops at 9. We forgot about that, the shuttle did come at 9:20, but there were 7 of us ( different parties) in the small van that came. It worked out ok though and driver very nice ( security guard)

Didn't no shuttle stops and 9 PM had to pay for a cab to get to my car.

This was our first experience with Global Parking and we were very satisfied. The whole experience went very smoothly and we will use the service again.

I used the covered parking facility at Silver Sevens, Las Vegas for a 2nd time. The shuttle service is prompt and the drivers are courteous. I save a lot of money using Global Parking compared to the parking garage at the airport.

This was a great experience. We used the indoor parking and the garage was very safe and clean. The shuttle drive has very courteous and friendly. We will be using them again

The driver of the shuttle on Nov 9th was very rude. I missed the shuttle on my return by 5 minutes, Rather than wait another hour I took a taxi to the hotel which cost me $20 in rush hr traffic. Never again. You need at least 2 shuttles an hour.

Easy to fond off the strip; it's just the traffic that made it a little bit difficult. All the staff were friendly as were the shuttle drivers. A very good experience overall.

This is a mixed review. Our trip to the airport was excellent. The driver was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The return trip was a disaster. At no time were we ever told where to pick the shuttle up. We waited for 45 minutes outside the baggage check (we were early). We saw many shuttles for other hotels, however not ours. When I called, the dispatcher was incredibly rude and said we were on the wrong level. How were we to know that? We ended up paying $20 for a taxi back to the hotel.

I used your service, on line, I parked the car on the forth floor, picked up my car 7 days later and my car looked liked it did when I parked it. I would use your service again, I was very happy. thank you

This was my first parking experience with Global Airport Parking and/or the Silver Sevens Casino/Hotel and both were excellent experiences. The casino was very easy to locate, the front desk employee was courteous and helpful and the covered parking garage was as clean and orderly as one could expect to find in Las Vegas. The shuttle driver was very friendly and his vehicle was clean. The shuttle drop off/pick up schedules worked flawlessly for our travel experience. I will be back again!

The only inconvenience was having to take a taxi to Silvers Sevens when we returned late at night. Cost was over $20.00. But the parking arrangements themselves were perfect for us, especially since we did not have a firm return date. We would use you again. Unfortunately, Silver Sevens jumped from a bargain price when we dropped off to an outrageous price on our return, so we did not stay with them on the return. $36.00 for the original package was great ~ $220.00 on return was absurd.

It wasn't made clear where we should park in the lot so we had to move to the appropriate section--inconvenient.
The shuttle to the airport only runs once an hour so we had to wait around for 45 minutes --very inconvenient.
The shuttle only runs at certain hours and our return brought us home after they stopped so we had to catch a taxi --expensive and inconvenient.
Honestly, the parking rate is excellent, but if I had realized these issues beforehand, I might have gone another route.

The hotel shuttle service isn't very convenient since it only departs on the hour and picks up at airport at 20 min past the hour. Therefore we had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle. That kinda sucked! Checked on taking a taxi and they were way too expensive! If they had a shuttle at least every 30 minutes it would make it much more pleasant.
