I would use Global/Airport Parking service again in future. It's convenient and reasonable.

The instructions seemed clear to read; however, when I arrived THEN confused. It states to park, unload your luggage, etc YET the signs out front state NO PARKING-so I had NO IDEA where to go, where is the desk to check in at; then I parked, hauled down luggage while handicapped w/service dog? That was MOST unpleasant, but having to stop at the desk TWICE is a HASSLE; to haul luggage thru the facility-CRAZY. Took me 30 mins from arrival at Terribles to seated on shuttle!

There was one lil issue? Terribles changed names of their casino that week so confused of location for a moment!

Easy to find, shuttle was there to pick us up within 10 minutes, covered parking a plus. Overall very satisfied with the service. Would definitely use you again!!

I called for the shuttle pick-up last night and was told to wait 25 to 30 mins but after 45 minutes I called again and was told to wait another 25 to 30 mintues. I waited a total of 1.5 hours and this is really unacceptable.

On return flight had to wait in excess of 50 minutes for shuttle, they promise a shuttle run at least every 30 minutes, this is first time I have had an issue since I started using this facility.

Everything went smooth coming and going to the airport. It was easy to find and I would use then again if theres a need to fly out from Vegas.

This was great! We only waited at the airport 10 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. The ease of leaving Las Vegas for home in Utah was also a consideration for me. I will use you again!

I thought that putting the label in the car might invite thieft as they would know how long the car would be there. Maybe just a sticker with a number would be better. Then a numbered list could be given to security.

It was better than the McCarran Economy lot!! Our car was in the garage not out in the HOT sun and it was cheaper!

Every thing worked out perfectly. Service was right on time:4am departure and only a 5 minute wait on return. Hotel and shuttle attendants were courteous and and very helpful. Will use this service again.

I love parking at Terribles,it's very affordable and my car stays cool in their indoor parking. Will be relocating shortly but plan to use this service whenever I'm in the area.

They tell you to park in a certain direction on a particular floor, but unless you have a compass with you, that area is unclear. Shuttle attendant was really friendly and extremely courteous. The parking is an OK value, but not sure it is the best one out there.

This is the third time we have used the Terrible's shuttle to the airport and back and it has worked very smoothly all three times. This time we chose to stay at the Hotel the night before because we had an early morning flight and this worked out great! The Terrible's is changing it's name on July 1, 2013 to the Silver Seven. The first time was a little unnerving because it was hard to find the front desk to pick up the window card to park.
