Hotel desk clerk didn't know if she should take mynah and did not make it clear where I should park. Shuttle driver wasn't the friendliest. Shuttle driver on trip home was great.

Covered parking appears to be eliminated. The option is the reason I originally selected this parking service.

Car was parked a long way from my car and it was difficult lugging the luggage that distance in the dark--not to mention creepy.
The airport is only a short five to ten minute drive. My driver turned this commute into an hour because he kept going back and forth between terminals--returning to each one twice before going to the parking lot. This took an hour. It was late at night and after a long flight this was very inconvenient.

I have used this facility twice before. I have had no problems and find the shuttle drivers to be very pleasant and helpful.

I reserve with Global Airport Parking on a regular basis. Shuttle drivers are always courteous and prompt. I would recommend Global Airport Parking services.

My reservation was made with Terrible's but when I was attempting to find the lot I had difficulty in that the name on the casino had been changed to Silver Sevens. There was no mention of the pending name change when I made the reservation. Also, when I finally did find the casino there was a very long line at reservations and it took 20 minutes to be helped. My business for the parking took only 1-2 minutes to complete. Perhaps a separate attendant could be assigned for parking reservations.

Terribles was good, just not as convenient as the Travelodge we normally use. There was more walking, which was not easy for me, and the desk man inside didn't seem to know much about the agreement with Global, or my reservation to park there.

THE PERSON THAT CAME TO PICK ME UP WAS *****
HE WAS PATIENT IN FINDING ME I WAS NOT AT 0 LEVEL.
YOU NEED TO EXPLAIN TO PEOPLE 0 LEVEL THAT WAS NOT CLEAR TO ME.
I WAITED INM PASSENGER PICK UP 4 PHONE CALLS LATER WITH HIM, WE FOUND EACH OTHER
I OWNED MY OWN BUSINESS FOR 10 YEARS REASON I QUIT EMPLOYEES THIS YOUNG MAN IS INCREDIBLE.
COMPLIMENT HIM GIVE HIM A RAISE....MOST OF ALL

The service was great! It really helped to alleviate the stress of airport parking and my family and I were impressed with the promptness and quality of service. We will definitely use this again in the future.

Drop off and ride to airport was great, the shuttle pick up at the airport to take us back to get the car was very slow. The driver dropped our suitcase. The service was NOTHING like what we have experienced in the past ( with Jack)

The ride from Terribles to the airport was prompt, but upon our return called 7 times and waited for two hours before the shuttle showed up. Don't know what the problem was but think that next time we will use Travelodge.
