Our affordable airport parking is conveniently located on the south side of the airport just a quick 5-7 minutes from the airport. Your parking reservation includes free shuttle service to and from the airport. Our shuttle runs 24hrs on demand to and from the airport. Reservations must be made online in advance. Address and driving will be provided on the confirmation.

The employees of the hotel don't know a lot about the global parking reservations, upon arrival and return they thought I was trying to stay at the hotel (which is kind of creepy). The lady behind the front desk was really kind but she couldn't even find the official form for me to fill out. They did not have a shuttle to take us to the airport, they called us a cab, they were over 30 minutes late picking us up from the airport but they did have the actual shuttle. cheap but inconvenient

Prompt and courteous driver. However, not sure why the requirement on the website says to get to parking area 2 hours before the flight. I was 1.5 hours early for my flight and that was during Christmas travels.

the staff there were exceptional. When I returned from my trip, my car would not start. They helped jump me off ( which took someone special to do because I have a hybrid car). He had had a car similar in the past and knew just where he needed to hook up the jumper cables. Thank You SOOOOOOO very much for your assistance!!! (since my return was around 11 p.m.)

Shuttle broke down...they called and had me found at airport and asked to take cab and was reimbursed. Very impressed

Do not use Fern Valley parking. When we arrived they had no record of our online booking, this added 20 minutes to the transfer to the airport causing us to miss the flight. When we returned after 24 hours travel (with a 4 and 6 year old in tow) Fern Valleys phone lines were down. Waited for 30 minutes, no shuttle. Caught a $20 taxi to Fern Valley, they knew the lines were down and were terribly sorry. If I could give this place -ve stars I would. Global you should remove this them. Do not use.

Thrilled to find this parking service for SDF! Easy, friendly, inexpensive. Phoned GlobalParking the day before for a fast rez. Less than $24 for 4 days! Note: upon arriving at the FV campus take an immediate R into the hotel registration area to check in. The hotel/parking area is a bit rundown, but the service is top notch. My return flight at 1am, no problem! Just call FV to say you're back. Keep both numbers in your phone for a quick reference. Fern Valley Shuttle is the only way to fly!

Outgoing, everything was fine. Upon return, hotel phone line "out-of-service". $25 cab ride to lot found no one. Nine inches of rain in L'ville flooded auto. Auto likely totaled. $220 cab ride home because Saturday night before Easter...every thing was closed.

I was very pleased about how helpful they were getting me to the airport due to a rush on my part while dealing with a major event with many guests at their hotel. I was especially pleased with a girl, whom I don't have a name, but I believe she was pregnant and had blonde hair. (If she wasn't, please leave that part out.) Overall, I was very pleased and will use them again in the future.

Shuttle was not available on my return flight and I had to take a taxi. Fortunately, my taxi fare was reimbursed by the hotel. Car had minor damage to the radio attenae which I will have to pay for.

When we were dropping off the car at the hotel (7 a.m.) the receptionist had no idea about our reservation. She ended up calling a taxi and giving us cash to pay for it. The service was prompt upon our return.

It wasn't clear which lot was for airport parking. Entrance to airport parking lot doesn't look like a main entrance. I waited nearly 20 at the airport for the shuttle. I most likely won't park here again if the Courtyard Marriott is available, which I previously had a great experience with.

Had to wait f0r a ride to the airport because the motel receptionist had to be freed up to be the driver. Upon return, with no fault on the motel's part it took awhile for my pick up because of an accident on the X-Way Ramp

Upon arrival I had to call 3 times over a 40 minute period for the shuttle to pick me up. The attendant at the airport even called. We got the same answer each time "she should be there in 5 or 10 minutes". When she finally got there she said she had just got the call 10 mins. ago. After she thought for a while she stated that she may have been at lunch and missed the call. That is hardly a reason for such a long wait. As of now I will not use your service again.

When I left on my trip everything was perfect. When I came back there was no one to pick me up. Apparently the driver did not come to work or call in. I was asked to call back in 10 minutes or so and I had to wait for someone to answer the phone. they had absolutely no back up plan. At 11 at night I had to take a cab to the hotel. A woman by herself that late at night this was just not acceptable to me.
