I must have misread the drop-off policy, thought delivery was every 30 minutes. So I arrived at 20 minutes after the hour expecting quick drop-off. I was informed by hotel front desk employee that drop-off was actually top of the hour, I was not pleased. Well the top of hour came and bus was and driver were ready, and same hotel desk employee told driver to wait for someone that hadn't arrived -still in bed. At 10 after hour, I told driver I was irritated by employee and I had schedule to keep.

After finding the lot (!!!!) all was fine. Am suggesting specific directions to lot as it is hidden from the road.

The shuttle service is horrible here! The people who answer the phone don't seem to have any sense of urgency and flat out lie about the shuttle service. Waste my time and money waiting for them, just to end up taking a cab after an hour wait. Never again will I park at quality suites

The drop off was great. The pick up took about a hour. I had to call the location six times to get a pick up. The price point was great.

This was my first time using Global Airport Parking. I have to say that overall experience was excellent. Great price and friendly driver. Waiting time at the airport for pickup was less than 30 minutes after I made my phone call. My arrival time was earlier than original pick up time I had scheduled. I'll recommend Global Airport Parking service to my friend for their service. I give them 5 stars rating.

Would be ideal if the email actually provided the instructions necessary for getting the ticket authorized at time of departure.

Shuttle was filthy,cups,etc.at least once a day should be clean from passengers riding.

When I arrived last Saturday at address location through GPS it was raining. The morning attendant was prompt -15 min wait and very courteous. When I returned Sunday it took almost hour for attendant to come to airport. I called twice and was told it was due to shift change. When he arrived and delivered me to lot, it was not lot I'd left my vehicle. He took me to correct lot and I told him that Comfort Suites van was operator to pick me up. It still should not have taken almost hour to arrive.

Shuttle service was the only complaint. We had to wait 30 minutes to be taken to the airport and 45 minutes to be picked up. Seems excessive to me.
