The shuttle to the Airport was great, but I had to take a cab on the way back because no one answered the phone when I arrived.
I paid for exterior uncovered parking but when I arrived I was asked to pay more to park in a covered secured parking because the exterior parking was not secure, it looked scary.

Lot was not opened as Global person said it would be at our arrival time. We did not park there.. We parked at park and fly lot with covered parking a block away. Would like my deposit refunded. A Global person saiid lot was attended from 7:00 am which was not the case.

Had a problem getting picked up at MIA today upon my return. I called them and told them where I was which was at Jand was told go to to Baggage claim G. I went there and after a long wait and several phone calls was told where the shuttle was located . Instead of picking me up at arriving flights he was at departing flights upstairs and we had to drag all our luggage up there to find the shuttle. I don't understand why he went to departing flights to pick us up when I was arriving from my trip

We were surprised to see an 'Office Closed' sign on the glass door while dropping off our car on 5/28. Peeking through the door we saw someone inside and he came and opened the door and handled our parking. We don't think that sign should be there even though he was prepared to receive us.
The person's English speaking capability could be better.

Showed up there was no one there. Waited for around 10 minutes there was another customer that was doing the same. Truth be told I got a bad feeling about the place. Had a sign up cash for rentals. I had a feeling that being gone for 10 plus days my car would end up as a rental. Decided to drive down the street to find another lot. Would not park my car there did not get deposit back, granted no one would have been there to get it anyway.

very positive experience. the 2 guys we worked with were great!! I unfortunately forgot to give the guy a tip thurs evening when he dropped us at the airport. I hope I see him again next time I park my car there.

My front bumper was damaged during the time it was parked with East Coast parking. They refused to take any responsibility for the damage even though they inspected the vehicle upon arrival. They refused to even refund the parking fee. DO NOT USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

Excellent for price and convenience! Could use upgraded vehicle for transporting passengers to and from airport. Otherwise, we had no complaints whatsoever. Prompt, efficient, and car was in great shape when we returned!

I've used Global before and have been very satisfied got to the lot it was in a not so desirable area had to call several times for the place was all locked up with no one around had to wait over 2 hours to get there the lot was small so I had to pay extra to park inside also felt car was not safe if left out shuttle was a small kia minivan rear seat was loose or broken kept on moving every time van moved on pickup van driver didn't speak English worst experance ever want more info call me

My travel required to be picked up at the airport around 8:30 PM on Sunday. When I got to the parking lot I was told that location closes at 8:00 PM on Sundays so they were not available to me. I had to find another parking facility. I will appreciate you refund my deposit.
