Used this service for the first time. Everything went well. Parking is a little far from the airport so, don't think I'd use it again if I'm arriving back late evening.

The shuttle service portion was amazing. very quick. The office area smelled like someone had just had a cigarette.
I'm not impressed with the parking situation. You have to park between 2 buildings and the doors to the Rodeway are locked so you have to walk around even in 15 degrees. The parking lot is hard to maneuver your luggage with the cracks and potholes, so drop it at the front prior to parking. Personally I won't use this location again.

We waited 1 hour before the shuttle picked us up from the airport. The phone attendant sent the driver out on a walmart grocery run. But they didn't tell me this. I called the hotel 4 times , "where are you." The guy kept telling he's on the way. 1 hour later the van arrived. So groceries were bought that he had know place to put the luggage. I'll never park at that place again. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport. Don't park here!

Pricing was excellent=low! Saved a lot compared to the least expensive in-airport parking. Thought the shuttle would be a bit of a hassle, but it was much faster than I expected! We would positively use this location again.

Was nervous about arriving at the Mitchell Field so late (11:30pm) and having to wait around in the middle of the night. But I phoned the hotel and they gave me directions on where to wait and the shuttle van showed up within 10-15 minutes. Thank you. The driver got a nice tip from me, for dropping my bags off right by my car : )
I am glad to have found this parking option.

the parking is a little distant from the airport - over a mile, and is not strictly in the parking business. It is a motel that has one van to shuttle people on an as needed basis. It does not run a regular schedule, so you have to wait for it to come. They will not come until you have your luggage and are out waiting, so it can take 15-20 minutes. It is cheaper than airport parking, but has a service fee which brings the price to $5 per day.
OK if you are intent on saving a few dollars.

Excellent experience parking,lot was easy to find and both hotel and driver were courteous. However, getting picked up from the airport was a nightmare. Many calls were made to the hotel. We waited at MKE about one hour before the shuttle arrived. What was an early flight arrival became a late arrival home.

It took pretty long on the return trip from the airport for the young man driver (barefeet) to arrive. Then he was texting while driving. Unsafe and no shoes is unprofessional.

Our flight was delayed 7 hours so instead of getting in at 6 pm we got in after 1 am. Called for the shuttle and were informed that they did not run till 6 am. We had been at airports since 10 am due to a power outage Delta had Sunday night causing everything from New Orleans to be rebooked and Atlanta also. Waiting additional hours at the airport was not appreciated. There should have been someone who could have picked us up, so we could get our car instead of waiting. I was not happy at all.

Good experience while parking at the hotel lot. On the day that I arrived lot was pretty full hardly spaces left. I parked in he only space I could locate in lost. Attendant/driver who picked me from airport was prompt. When we arrived at lot he was attempting drop me off next to my car and I advised I was on the other side building. I was then informed that I was not to park in that area? I parked in the only spot available and it was in the Roadway Lot. Did not understand the conversati
