Easy to find and a short distance by shuttle to airport. On return trip, driver was already at airport and office had him wait for me to find him. I thought that was very courteous.

The personnel must speaks french. In Montréal the people speaks french but for the reservation in USA nobody can answers in french. We are in Québec.Next time,we will reserve directely at the hotel in Montréal.

We find that getting to your location is difficult. We'll need better directions should we return.

This was a very good service, prompt and courteous. It was a bit difficult to find (I had to use GPS) and on the return trip from the airport the shuttle took a long time. This was probably because of traffic, though, and maybe not your fault. I also had some trouble finding 26A as I had no clue how the airport was organized. Perhaps a little map showing the pickup area would help.

We first went to Quality Dorval's front desk. They gave us clear written instructions and a map. I parked my car nearby in a gated lot and a shuttle took us almost immediately to the terminal. Instructions and a terminal map had been given to us, so I knew exactly what to do upon return. A shuttle was already waiting at the terminal so we did not have to call. We stayed at the Quality Dorval that night. The next day a shuttle took us to our car, which was safe & secure. A well organized process.

Things were generally very good. The only thing we encountered was when we arrived back at Montreal and called for the shuttle people cut in front of us. We had to wait for the third shuttle to finally get a ride back to the lot. All in all very good service however.

this is not the first time i have use this parking lot and the service is always excellent
