The whole deal seemed shady. The clerk demanded to be paid in cash only. We arrived on-time for our shuttle reservation only to be told that we should have come 20 minutes early and the driver was gone with other customers. When the driver returned he was carrying 3 gallons of milk for the hotel breakfast buffet.
When we returned from our trip, I contacted the hotel for the return shuttle and was told they would be right there. Forty-five minutes later, I had to call again.

The service was good. I would used again. Only things I didnt like paying partial payment on a credit card online and than paid the balance in cash when I drop my vehicle off. Why not paid the full amount online at one time.

return shuttle from airport never showed up. When I called motel they told me they didn't want my business will not use this motel service again extremely rude and very discourteous You would do well to remove this motel from your program

The workers were all very nice. I was nervous to leave my car there, nothing happened to it, but I almost didn't leave it because of the atmosphere outside of the hotel. There were very nasty people hanging outside at 4am on a Friday. The shuttle took a while to pick me up whuch didn't help because I was in a hurry, but the driver was very friendly.

I have used Global Parking in the past and been happy; however Days Inn BNA was a bad experience.
Days Inn BNA should be removed from your list.
The motel is in a run down part of Nashville
The motel is run down and beat-up.
They would not honor credit cards. CASH only
The shuttle bus was a personal van.
The driver spent the entire drive on the cell phone.
On our return we call the motel the person on the phone had a hard time understanding English.
It took 40minutes to pick us up.

I have never been happy with their shuttle. Yet lately they're the only available parking choice with your service.They do not measure up to other hotel shuttles.Last night I waited an hour, even after several calls.I timed the drive to take about 10 minutes.Twice before an early trip, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a ride to the airport.I was informed last night that they own or manage a local Super 8 also.I fly 1-2 times a year and may consider another service and pay more. Disappointed!!!

When I arrived to the Days Inn and the attendant finally came to the front desk I was surprised when he told me that they did not have airport shuttle service. I promptly left to park at the airport long term parking lot.
Perhaps you should check the service providers to ensure they actually provide services they promise.

I have used Global Airport Parking many times in the past using the facilities at Holiday Inn Nashville. Service there is prompt and courteous . We found none of these benefits at the Days Inn location. Service was unfriendly and perfunctory. Wehad to wait more than thirty five minutes in the rain waiting for a pickup that should have taken less than ten minutes. The driver did not load or unload our bags. He did not greet us nor thank us for our business. Days Inn gives Global a bad name.

Only problem we had was that our credit card was not accepted as the final payment when we dropped the car off. We had to pay in cash
