I returned from my trip several hours later than expected. Even though it was about 11;30PM, the driver showed up about ten minutes after my pick up call. Excellent service.

I was pleased with the parking experience (first time) at this location. My wait time for the shuttle to the airport was less than 20 minutes. Upon my return, I called once I landed and the shuttle was already there by the time I picked up my bags in baggage claim.
I was delayed in my return and communication was handled very well.
I would use this location again and recommend it to my friends as well.

I think this was a good to excellent parking situation. The shuttle to the airport was a little slow coming but the one back from the airport was prompt. I think the lot is a little further down the road than the directions indicate and people should know that the entrance to check in is on the side of the building opposite the main road (I ended up walking all the way around the building trying to find it. All the people were friendly and helpful and the shuttle is going to 24 hours soon

The first time I used Holiday Inn Express it took the driver 30 minutes to get pick me up at the airport.This time it took about 20 minutes. The driver never offers to take my bags and put them in the car for me or take them out. Also drives off and leaves me in dark parking lot by myself when there are no other passengers in the shuttle. I feel the attendants at the AIRPORT hILTON re more professional and courteous. I realize their being directly opposite the airport, they can get there quick.

Had to wait over 30 minutes at the hotel before being taken to the airport. The shuttle driver gave an excuse of being caught in traffic. No problem, since I was extra early for my flight. After arriving back in New Orleans, I called from the Transportation Center and was told the shuttle would arrive in about 10 minutes. I called back in 45 and was told it was on the way. Called another 30 later and was told it was driving up now. About another 20 minutes before it showed. You lost a customer!

Everything was fine, except for pickup from the airport. After calling the hotel for pickup and agreeing on being picked up at the same location as we were dropped off a few days earlier, the shuttle never arrived. We called the hotel again and were told the shuttle driver didn't see us and couldn't wait. After a lengthy discussion it was determined that the shuttle was waiting for us at another location. We walked there and found the shuttle. Written instructions for pickup location are needed

It was so easy parking at the hotel vrs an airport one. I was traveling with my 97 year old Mother in a wheel chair and everything went so well with the checking in, parking, shuttle to airport, and same for return.

when we landed in New Orleans I called even tho we had not picked up our luggage yet. Lady told me she would send driver in 10 minutes to give us time to retrieve luggage. We walked out to transportation pick up and he was there. excellent service, we will use again.

Didn't like the fact that I had to park at the end by the Resturant very dark no security outdoors, shuttle lady wasn't that friendly at first but warmed up later .

Just missed the 5:30am shuttle. Had to wait until 6:00, even though the shuttle returned before 5:45am. Was a little tight at the airport but did make my flight (6:50am) with little time to spare. Changing the 30 minute schedule at this time of day to on demand, or every 20 minutes probably would not cause any problems. It could revert to 1/2 hour schedule at 7:00am. I have been using this location on a number of occasions, and am pleased with their package.

GPS took us to dead end street in Santa Rosa but when we entered the address as Kenner it was easy. Desk assistance was excellent.
