Did not know I had to call to get a shuttle bus out to American Airlines Terminal.
Perhaps in bigger bold on return ticket or have the agent tell us to call after arriving.

This is a total rip-off. I submitted an online reservation with down payment. When I went to check out, they did not honor my downpayment and I had to pay the full charge. I had just returned from a third-world country and have to say that the treatment and corruption I witnessed at JFK long-term parking is America at it's worst. Hopefully Trump will make things great again!

JFK airport is in a word a "nuthouse". The ease of parking on the outside of mayhem land took the stress off of our trip. the comfort of knowing that when we arrived back to JFK (at 1am)a shuttle was going to pick us up and take us out of all the craziness. we waited about 5 min for a ride after I called in.
This is the only way to get to JFK.

We felt that the drivers drove a bit fast both ways considering the rough surface and many curves and turns.

I thought the service at JFK Long Term Parking was excellent. The only confusion I had was I was looking for a Global logo so I missed the lot first time around but the shuttle experience was great. The pick up upon arriving back at the airport was prompt despite the incredible amount of traffic at the time we arrived.

I had a big problem with the reservation. Specifically, JFK Long Term Parking told me that they don't recognize reservations made with Global. They had no record of the reservation in their system(I had my copy of the Global confirmation)- and would not honor the deposit that I paid to Global. They said that they have no arrangement with Global, that Global is a broker, and they don't honor Global reservations or deposits.

The parking attended want to charge more ..$20 dollars more. ....I have my copy from the day I made my reservation. .I don't like the parking lot ......never I go to book with you again.

The price and the service was outstanding. Would definitely recommend the lot to anyone travelling out of JFK Airport.

We could not find the lot and the people that we stopped to ask directions did not know where your lot was and did not know the name of Global.
It was 5am and need to park to get to the airport.
I use Global in Islip and I have never had a problem with you before.
I would like to receive a refund of my $20.44.
