Better service: Instead of a "paper ticket" which one is likely to lose after a one week vacation / business trip, be better to issue a digital reminder sent automatically via text or email along with your phone number.

The team worked well getting us to the airport. The pick up from the arrival gate was very prompt.
The location is a bit tricky.

We did have a hard time to find your parking lot! After making a few mistakes we made it. Every thing else was to our satisfaction. Should we leave from Newark again we certainly will use your services again.

The only complaint I have is that the shuttle
was in bad condition. The seats were badly stained

The service was OK but the pick up shuttle was a bit slow (waited about 20 minutes after calling then had to circle airport a couple times to pick up another customer who clearly wasn't ready when they called). There was also some confusion with what I had paid online and what I owed. It got worked out but didn't make me feel too comfortable.

We did not realize that there were two parking areas named EWR parking. We got on the wrong shuttle first. You may want to be more specific on the parking ticket by including your emblem on the shuttle bus.

Had dispute over bill on car pick up. Attendant did not want to give me credit for the $11.49 I paid at the time I made the reservation online. Eventually gave me the credit.
I had the same attendant at check in and check out. He needs to learn how to greet people a little more cheerfully and maybe even smile once in a while.

If only someone would have been clear as to where the pick up was I would have rated higher. Also I was given a discount when I did the reservation and was asked for a coupon. I never had or used a coupon, it was a discount.The GPS did not have the parking lot. I kept driving past the lot.

Good service for the money.
Not too far from the airport.
Customer service and cleanliness of the shuttle are important and perfectible so these are two good points to start.
I recommend this service and go back again.
Way to go.

We find EWR the best lot for parking at the airport because it is so easy to get on the Turnpike from there.
