Reservations must be made online in advance and you MUST print your confirmation to take advantage of this internet only special parking rate. Address and driving directions will be provided on the confirmation. You MUST print your reservation and present it upon arrival. (WARNING: No vehicle transfer in any scenario! The same person must drop-off and pick-up the vehicle, no exceptions.)

We booked Crown Plaza parking garage. But when we got there, the attendant told us that the lot was full & told us to go to another parking (Vista Parking). We had to turn around & go back a couple of miles to Vista. Since we left our contact information when We booked the parking spot, they should let us know that the lot was full (& they shouldn’t over-book the spots) ahead of time so we could go straight there. On Friday late afternoon, traffic is crazy near the airport.

Will never chose this again. Horrible ppl and horrible service. I missed my flight though I went more than 2 hours before my flight. 1 hour got wasted in their parking lot and then very slow shuttle service. Never ever will i book another reservation here. Told all my friends also the same.

Returning trip inside shuttle van was very warm after closing all doors. It seems all the vents in the ceiling were in repair status. Noticed my vehicle had 3 extra miles on odometer, will have considered parking somewhere else if aware my vehicle left the parking lot and taken on the highway to be repositioned. Otherwise service was great and promptly. Thanks

It was very busy time and the pick up was a little slow. Very friendly people. All of them. I had a little trouble because no on told me ahead of time Where to go for the pick up at airport.

I use this lot periodically and it always seems there are never enough drivers, so shuttle service from the airport back to the lot run very slowly.

It was a disaster. Waited almost an hour for the shuttle which was packed. After calling several times finally someone answered phone said it would be 20 min was an hour Went to pay and needed printout of receipt which I had but not the right one.no computer there. Nothing with record of payment. Lot was at hotel and not secure.Yhen could not get out of parking lot with receipt Will never go back there again

I wish I could give it zero stars. Worst customer service we have ever experienced in our lives. Waited for the shuttle to arrive for an hour in the cold, when we've been told that we have to wait 15 minutes. The general manager was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone and even nastier in person. He also tried to scam us out of money telling us a completely different price then we were originally told.Finally he gave us the keys from somebody else's car and got furious when we told him.

It start off on a rocky start when we got to e-z parking we was told that the parking was full and they can't take the car even though we paid for the space and was turned away. Not being from NJ. We had no choice and to park in the airport parking which was double the money. Long story short our flight was cancel til the next day and i returned to ez parking to see if they would take the car which they did but i still had to pay for 9 day even though i parked for 8.

Upon arrival, attendants were curt and less than friendly. They scolded us for not booking through them directly, and warned we'd be charged 3x what we had booked online if we hadn't printed our ticket and confirmation page and kept it with us throughout our travels. Thankfully, we did! On return, we waited 20+ mins for the shuttle, and waited again in a line to pay. Then the exit gate was locked and we had to drive to and from the exit point 3x before they could successfully let us exit.

Am mostly quite happy with the service. However, I experienced a theft from my vehicle while it was parked in the lot. I had left a nearly full gallon jug of antifreeze on the floor behind the driver's seat because my vehicle has been leaking coolant and I wanted to be able to top it off when necessary. When we returned after 10 days, the jug had been removed. I only discovered this after cashing out and leaving the lot, otherwise I would have returned to ask the attendants about it.
