I wish I could give it zero stars. Worst customer service we have ever experienced in our lives. Waited for the shuttle to arrive for an hour in the cold, when we've been told that we have to wait 15 minutes. The general manager was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone and even nastier in person. He also tried to scam us out of money telling us a completely different price then we were originally told.Finally he gave us the keys from somebody else's car and got furious when we told him.

It start off on a rocky start when we got to e-z parking we was told that the parking was full and they can't take the car even though we paid for the space and was turned away. Not being from NJ. We had no choice and to park in the airport parking which was double the money. Long story short our flight was cancel til the next day and i returned to ez parking to see if they would take the car which they did but i still had to pay for 9 day even though i parked for 8.

Upon arrival, attendants were curt and less than friendly. They scolded us for not booking through them directly, and warned we'd be charged 3x what we had booked online if we hadn't printed our ticket and confirmation page and kept it with us throughout our travels. Thankfully, we did!
On return, we waited 20+ mins for the shuttle, and waited again in a line to pay. Then the exit gate was locked and we had to drive to and from the exit point 3x before they could successfully let us exit.

Am mostly quite happy with the service.
However, I experienced a theft from my vehicle while it was parked in the lot. I had left a nearly full gallon jug of antifreeze on the floor behind the driver's seat because my vehicle has been leaking coolant and I wanted to be able to top it off when necessary.
When we returned after 10 days, the jug had been removed. I only discovered this after cashing out and leaving the lot, otherwise I would have returned to ask the attendants about it.

Got to the lot and I was told it was full and never use the lot. Here still waiting for a full refund

After a long flight, all I wanted to do is get home. I had to wait for over an hour for the shuttle to come. The person on the phone specifically said "we're behind today, you'll have to wait."
When the shuttle finally came, we just sat there, waiting for another customer to show up.
I wouldn't park here again even for free.

When we arrived, the employer with EZ Way Crowne Plaza told us that there lot was full and turned us away, told me that I did not have a reservation with them it was with global.

Upon arrival at the lot, we were very rudely told our reservation wasn't going to be honored. (2 cars full of people who had pre-payed) They were full and needed us to leave. The attendant was very discourteous. We then needed to pay full price at the airport. I am very displeased with the outcome and the service. I would not recommend this lot at all.

I got there and they told me that they were overbooked, even though there were lots of spaces open. I had already parked and unloaded my luggage. They told me I could go to a different lot that was 8 minutes away, but that would have made me late for my flight. I loaded all of my luggage back in my car and had to drive to the airport and park there to make my flight on time. I will never use this service again and would like a refund.

driver hit the curb as he rushed to the lot. He was being hurried by dispatcher to return. My wife hurt her back. I think that slowing down would make the customer feel they were important.

Awful customer service, guy (white male in his mid 50) upfront gave me wrong gate number for pick up, Waited for 40 , when called to ask where is the shuttle he started yelling at me, i ask him to lower his voice, he threaten me to send a shuttle in 40 min, because of that and hung up on me. Let me just tell you that I had a small child with me. We end up taking taxi to parking lot. I recorded our conv. with him yelling at me again , calling me bad person and that i need to change my life. Awfu
