No Room Reservation Required, simply book a reservation online, park your car at the Hotel Irvine and receive FREE round trip shuttle service. Shuttle runs from 5am-11pm every 30 minutes to and from the airport on a set schedule. Reservations must be made online in advance in order to take advantage of this internet only special parking rate. Address and driving directions will be provided on the confirmation.

I knew holiday season parking might be tough and have never tried this type of parking . Worked out great and just like it said on the internet!

Going to the airport from the hotel, the driver had to go on a manditory break at 10am and there was not an alternate driver to cover that spot, so I had two options, call a taxi/uber or wait til the 10:30am slot. The Global company did offer to pay for the taxi/uber fair, but just be aware of the potential delay. From airport to hotel the driver was late. They say he was there at the :45 slot but I never saw him, was there at :30, then for next :15 time he was late by about 5 min, just FYI.

It would have been nice to know that the shuttle stop was out front of the hotel and not at the back of the hotel where the parking lot was. When I asked the return driver about validating the ticket, he said we should go to the valet to validate the parking ticket. The valet thought we should go to the front desk where it was validated. These steps should have been stated in the conformation which is why I gave 4 stars. Both my wife and I liked this service and will use it again.

When I arrived to the shuttle location at valet I had just missed the shuttle so I told the attendant I would wait for the next one. When the shuttle arrived I was told by the driver that he was done with the route and I should have taken a black van that had already left. The attendant didn't apologize for not telling me & walked away. Another valet finally got me a taxi which the hotel paid for since they messed up. The driver on the return trip wasn't friendly & didn't offer to help w/ my bag

Do not use Hotel Irvine. I used them as it was the lowest fee, but regret it. Shuttles are supposed to be every 30 mins, but this is a lie. After waiting 40 mins, called the hotel twice to see if shuttle service was running, and they assured me it was on the way. After waiting for almost an hour, I took a cab back only to find there was no shuttle service running for that day.

The Shuttle Driver on 12/27 was fabulous she was a real joy and the entire experience was wonderful. Parking was great and was a lot more convenient and cheaper than Uber

I was under the impression the shuttle was 24/7. I was late due to my plane was diverted. I couldn't get the shuttle to come get me. Next time I'll look into alternatives

I will never use Global Parking again. The shuttle was not at the shuttle stop at the airport when it was supposed to be, so I called Hotel Irvine. Despite the phone ringing over 35 times, they did not answer, so we were stranded. We were in the process of getting into a cab when the shuttle finally showed up late. When I got to the hotel, I presented my documentation to the valet station, as I was instructed, but they referred me to the main desk, where no one knew anything about self-parkin

Going to and returning from the airport was great -- drivers were very professional and polite. However, after picking up my car and going through the exit gate, the gate attendant was a different story. He wanted to charge me an additional $74 for parking. He said the Confirmation from Global didn't mean a thing to him. He put in a call to someone and finally opened the gate to let me go through. I'm thinking of reporting the rude gate keeper to Hotel Irvine management.

I tried calling as the shuttle was leaving just as I walked up but no one answered the phone. So I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Otherwise it is very convenient.

The people are so stupid that it's impossible to believe. Absolutely absurd. Unimaginable. it would make for the best comedy routine- no one would believe it's true. Steer clear of this place.

I will continue to use Hotel Irvine. It's close to the airport. ALL THE STAFF are friendly and communicative. It's an easy process to park and pick up.
