No Room Reservation Required, simply book a reservation online, park your car at the Hotel Irvine and receive FREE round trip shuttle service. Shuttle runs from 5am-11pm every 30 minutes to and from the airport on a set schedule. Reservations must be made online in advance in order to take advantage of this internet only special parking rate. Address and driving directions will be provided on the confirmation.

No one seemed to know anything about airport parking from the parking lot attendant who's response was what airport parking? To the return call to the hotel for info on where to meet the shuttle and they weren't familiar with where to meet the shuttle. I wouldn't use this facility again for airport parking.

Voucher should have noted that there would be no attendant on duty at exit. One needs to go to the front desk to get the exit ticket. Also, the front desk didn't seem to be aware of the Airport parking service.

I waited 40 minutes for the shuttle, and finally the hotel said to take a cab and they would pay for the fare. That part was great, however when I got to the car and tried to leave, there was no attendant, and no one answered the call button. I had to re park and go all the way thru the hotel, back to the valet and get it straightened out, and then back to my car, and back to the exit, and recall on the help button. :(

Parking is too crowded at night time...it takes more than 10 minutes to find a parking space in the lot.

The Irvine Hotel and Staff were great. Their shuttle driver (Martin) was great. Little bit of a challenge checking out, but no hassles.

Upon arrival I had just missed the shuttle (when I arrived out front on the half hour it had already left) and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for the next one to arrive. When he did, he left for his break telling me another driver would be coming. NO ONE showed up to drive the shuttle. This was at 6pm and my flight was scheduled to leave at 6:40pm. I was lucky to not miss my flight, but had I, I certainly would have sought compensation for a new flight.

Do not plan on arriving & expect to get p/u during 10- 11:30am - drivers go to lunch - they do not tell you that- so you can be waiting over an hour to get p/u. Parking lot has issues - sometimes you need a ticket - some not- sometimes they want the certificate - some not - very inconsistent. Last visit they wanted original ticket & gave exit pass -this time they wanted ticket to validate. Terrible attitude at hotel front desk.

All was great with the exception of the ticket machine not giving me a ticket. I had to call for help in order to get in the lift arm at the gate. The attendant at the hotel was immediately helpful in letting me in. Thank you Hotel Irvine for the help button.

In my opinion, Hotel Irvine is the best bargain for long term airport parking for Orange County's John Wayne Airport. It is easily accessible, the self parking is easy to find, shuttle service is prompt and operated by friendly and courteous drivers, and picking up one's car upon return is quick and easy. I have used Hotel Irvine through Global Airport Parking several times with complete satisfaction.
