Miami's Best option for Port of Miami Cruise Parking! We have the closest and safest parking facility to Port of Miami. Enjoy Garage parking only a mile from the Port of Miami! With continuous shuttle service, why park anywhere else? On the day of your cruise complimentary shuttle service starts at 11:00 AM and runs continuously to the Cruise Terminals until 3:30 PM(you can NOT park before 11:00AM). On your return to the port our shuttle runs constantly from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Pick ups usually take 15-20 minutes but allow up to 30 minutes. We DO NOT provide shuttles for Bimini Fast Cruise. No parking outside of shuttle hours. Maximum 4 passengers. NO exceptions. You can drop off extras at the port and then come back to park. Complete address and driving directions are available on your confirmation. Please click the view map link above if you would like to see where we are located. Garage Clearance is 6'8" or 80 inches. No OVERSIZED vehicles (ie. RV's, big trucks, etc.) *During peak travel periods, we reserve the right to substitute self for valet parking at our discretion. At times, customers will have to park on the roof of the garage when covered parking is unavailable.

The lot was hard to find, but when we called for directons the gentleman was very patient and guilded us in, the call dropped and he called back I was very impressed with that.

The location was easy to find upon arrival to Miami. However, on our return to Miami we had our blue paper that was provided which told us where we would be picked up. My party and I waited 45-50mins for a shuttle to pick us up. As soon as we got to the curve one driver told us another van was coming within 5 mins and that definitely did not happen. We waited in the same spot and the next driver stopped in a different location and picked up another party. Spoke with Chris who was very rude.

Had to call when I arrived because shuttle was not there. on the way to the port driver missed by ship and I had to walk farther to get to the ship. At pick up, waited 30 minutes and driver arrived. He wouldn't take my family of 4 to the garage only me, he drove off without me and I had to chase him. Picked up another group and then he decided to go back and pick my mother and 2 kids up. Car was safe just dusty. Overall, would use again because it was cheaper than the port but not great service.

Felt I left my car in good hands in a secure lot, which is locked at night! Shuttle pulled up to the my car & loaded our luggage! Dropped us off and picked us up at a good location at the port!

Why not having a sign clearly indicating where to take the shuttle when we come back from the cruise ? We lost around 1 hour to try find the spot. Nobody was knowing where. So, the fact that you are using both " Global " and " Premier " is a lot confusing.

My experience with premier parking was not horrible however it wasn't the best either. The parking that was available was only outdoors which wouldn't have been so bad if it did not rain during our return to Miami. Also in dealings with our return and the RAIN, the waiting area for pick up had no covering ( not necessarily fault on Premier) but providing a shuttle that is more equipped for a speedier pick up could defiantly help.Maybe investing in a couple of luggage trailers wouldn't be so bad.

Overall a good experience and very professional. However, I was led to believe that the parking was under cover and my car was in the open and suffered a paint attack by building construction towering over the outdoor portion of the garage. One problem is that your website gives a different address than what is on the parking garage. That caused confusion and I drove around the block looking for another entrance or building. I will try to get the paint off today.. the power washer was broken

service to the port on Sunday was very slow. need more than one driver. you had two vans sitting idle at the garage that day. however when the driver finally showed up, things moved quickly.

We arrived a little early on embarkation day but the attendant parked us and we only had to wait about 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to take us to port. On debarkation, we made it to the curb as the first shuttle arrived. Little crowed on way back to lot but it was only a 5 minute trip. Will recommend to anyone leaving from the Miami port.

We arrived back to find paint and debris on our car from construction. Called for help and rude customer service is what i received. I didn't have time to wait for the construction workers they had there to wash my car since there were other people with the same problem. Very disappointed with the lack of respect from attendants and for my vehicle. Will never use or recommend this company.

The overall parking service worked out well and is fairly priced. One issue that needs attention is one of the return shuttle drivers didn't understand his instructions or because his English was limited, he could not communicate with the customers. He asked for a blue pass that we didn't have and left us at the pickup area. This made for an anxious few minutes until another van with a different driver arrived. All ended successfully and I would use your service again.
