Miami's Best option for Port of Miami Cruise Parking! We have the closest and safest parking facility to Port of Miami. Enjoy parking only a mile from the Port of Miami! With continuous shuttle service, why park anywhere else? On the day of your cruise complimentary shuttle service starts at 11:00 AM and runs continuously to the Cruise Terminals until 3:30 PM (you can NOT park before 11:00 AM. On your return to the port our shuttle runs constantly from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Pick ups usually take 15-20 minutes but allow up to 30 minutes. We DO NOT provide shuttles for Bimini Fast Cruise No parking outside of shuttle hours. Maximum 4 passengers. NO exceptions. You can drop off extras at the port and then come back to park. Complete address and driving directions are available on your confirmation. Please click the view map link above if you would like to see where we are located. Garage Clearance is 6'8" or 80 inches. No OVERSIZED vehicles (ie. RV's, big trucks, etc.) *During peak travel periods, we reserve the right to substitute self for valet parking at our discretion. If you decide to cancel, you must contact us 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your reservation, or you will not be refunded.

First time using this parking lot, that will also be my last time. Customer was waiting for at least 3 hours before a shuttle could come pick us up. Customer service horrible, not a single person answer the phone when you call. I rather pay more and get excellent service. I was very disappointed.

over all good experience. as with any high volume of customer getting to and from the port you will have to wait a short while. for Me is was expected and not a big deal. if people really need to complain about waiting as some of the reviews then they need to get a taxi or limo service at a much extra charge. I would use them again. :)

The only complaint I have is about the super slow shuttle service the day we arrived for our cruise. We were in the garage a half hour before we could park and then stood in a line for another hour waiting for a shuttle and wound up calling an Uber because the shuttles were just not running fast enough. They need more shuttles, at least for the peak times. Now, the day we returned from the cruise, there were two shuttles that got the the port at the same time to take us back to the lot.

We arrived at the parking lot at 11:30 to an extensive line of over 100 people, at 2:00 still with 1/2 the line remaining, we took a taxi cab to the port to ensure we didn't miss our cruise. Returning from the cruise, we were also required to take a cab back to the parking lot as the same condition existed. We have been on over 30 cruises and have never had a problem like this with any parking service. We are not satisfied with the extra $55 paid for taxis due to your company's performance.

I had a dent in my car, which happened while I was waiting for my keys. I showed to the driver, but he did not pay much attention and blamed it on the SUV's owner, and the SUV's owner blamed it on the driver, when he opened his car and let go of the door. Everything was witnessed by me and Mr. Fonseca another client. I would like to get it resolved without getting my attorney involved. I took picture prior to departing of my whole care including the miles. Please respond as soon as possible.

On returning to retrieve our car, the driver said he could only drop everyone off at one place. Our car was parked a considerable distance from tha drop off point. As My husband went to gat the car the driver passed him by. We are all over 70 with one in our party over 80. My husband had to drive against the traffic in order to pick us and all our luggage.

This is my second or third experience with you. This last experience was very unsatisfactory. We had to wait two hours at the parking garage before being picked up on Sunday a the start of the cruise. The line of waiting passengers extended down the ramp and it kept on getting worse. On the return trip to the garage we were at the parking lot before 8am and had to wait twenty minutes for the shuttle. The high point of this experience was the driver who was very courteous.

On Sunday 11/27, we had to wait 1hr & 50 minutes to get on a shuttle!! On 12/4 it only took us 30 minutes to catch a shuttle and get back to our car.

When I parked i was asked for my keys and other customers were not asked to leave their keys. In the interest of basic communication and understanding, I suggest a brief explication to your customers for the need for the key. When I left the car with your employee I was told to leave the parking stub on the dashboard, however when I arrived back, I was asked to provide that same parking stub. Please address this issue in a manner which is the most convenient for your customers.

The transport from the parking lot to the crew ship was so backed up we were online over an hour in and we got there at 11:15 in the morning. We didn't get to the cruise port till almost 130 after calling an uber. we did not wait for the van when we got back we had someone drive us and walk to walk car upstairs and then left can't even imagine what the drive back from the cruise would've been

Had to wait over an hour and a half to board shuttle on 11/27/16. Had to wait again over an hour to get shuttle back to parking garage on 12/4. My car was moved over 4 spaces without ant explanation. Not very satified

the driver wanted us to walk to our car in the garage which was too far of a walk as two of us use canes. He went somewhere then came back and finally drove us to our car

Everything was fine. The only problem I had was caused by own mistake, in thinking the garage was on 2nd St instead of 2nd Ave. My one phone call was answered promptly and the young lady gave me clear and precise directions.

Upon arrival on 11/27/2016, we were kept standing & waiting for an hr & 20 minutes trying to get shuttle service. It became necessary to take a taxi, as did many others , from your premises to the ship. The return service on 12/4/2016 waS EXCELLENT.
