Miami's Best option for Port of Miami Cruise Parking! We have the closest and safest parking facility to Port of Miami. Enjoy parking only a mile from the Port of Miami! With continuous shuttle service, why park anywhere else? On the day of your cruise complimentary shuttle service starts at 11:00 AM and runs continuously to the Cruise Terminals until 3:30 PM(you can NOT park before 11:00AM). On your return to the port our shuttle runs constantly from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Pick ups usually take 15-20 minutes but allow up to 30 minutes. We DO NOT provide shuttles for Bimini Fast Cruise. No parking outside of shuttle hours. Maximum 4 passengers. NO exceptions. You can drop off extras at the port and then come back to park. Complete address and driving directions are available on your confirmation. Please click the view map link above if you would like to see where we are located. Garage Clearance is 6'8" or 80 inches. No OVERSIZED vehicles (ie. RV's, big trucks, etc.) *During peak travel periods, we reserve the right to substitute self for valet parking at our discretion.

We waited 20 minutes and did not get greeted or talked to by anyone. We were down the ramp from the 5th floor. We had a handicapped person and couldn't wait any more. We had to go to another lot. Rick

The sign for the parking garage is small and hard to see from the road. The description is mis-leading, the parking lot is the top level of the garage, so it's not covered. Otherwise, it was a good experience, the attendant was polite and the shuttle was clean. The whole process was very easy and convenient.

WE waited over 40 minutes to be picked up after our cruise, we call the number on the blue form and said that we were waiting in the wrong place, but there were 25 other people waiting with us , when they finally showed they made no apologies and never even said a word like "how was your cruise". The man that drove us to the cruise was very nice and personable but the man that picked us up was rude and said nothing he threw my luggage in the van like garbage and not personable at all.

I waited 40 min and called and some ass clown says i should have told him happy fathers day when he answered the phone! How do i know if hes a father? Then he says wait and another bus will come. Well it took 1 hr and 10 min from the time we left customs to get to our car. Last time i used the 8300 bus they moved my bags from the car to the shuttle and picked me up right outside the door. i dont have enough room to complain on here like your parking this thing sucks! Never again fuck off!!

very disappointed in the overall service. Our shuttle drivers were friendly, the lot attendant definitely was not. The vehicle had spilled drink all over passenger side.

We wait more than 40 minutes return they didn't have August in the list so the driver couldn't find us Finally We get into the Schauta and then they moved us to another one When we went to the parking lot Drive leave August far away from the car I have a problem with my knee A have to pick up my luggage I will walk to the car wish it was a little far away Finally I get to the car tired nightmare next night I rather get another company thank you

Very unhappy with the service. Too few shuttles. Scolded by operator for not wishing him happy father's day. Waited over 45 minutes for a shuttle to bring us back after cruise. Horrible communication. Car parked outside. Luggage roughly handled. Driver had us wait in wrong place, and caused us to miss two shuttle runs. No apologies. Will not use again and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I would have liked to see more vans operating than just one van. When I was picked up to be taken to the cruise terminal, luckily, I was one of the last two persons to get a seat on the van. There were enough people waiting for three additional vans. I would not have been happy if I would have had to wait for that van to return for me.

Very good experience. Would definitely use your service again and will recommend it to others. The only confusion was the address is listed as 1415 on all the reservations and the sign in the garage is 1400

We were told by the driver to get the shuttle back to the garage where we were dropped off. The blue paper said to cross and go to the center. Upon arrival back to Miami we headed left out of the terminal and saw a van . Unfortunately it was full. The driver told us to wait there another one would be there shortly. Then a van pulled into the center lot and others waiting on got on. Hence, we had now missed 2 shuttles. After one hour we finally got on a shuttle.

First we arrived and were directed to the top floor of the parking garage which was uncovered parking. We were taken to park in the first open spot and told the guy that we paid for covered parking. Then we were taken in the van to the cruise ship and the driver asked us to get out and help get a SUV that had crashed between the walls of the garage and lift it up out of where it was stuck. Not a good idea considering liability. The man on the phone was rude when we called for pickup...

The experience was nothing extraordinary. The covered parking was not really covered becuz there was no more space for us even though we came extra early. The wait for a shuttle was in the middle of the parking lot and no place to sit. All in all it was just basic.
