Miami's Best option for Port of Miami Cruise Parking! We have the closest and safest parking facility. Enjoy Garage parking only a mile from the Port of Miami! With continuous shuttle service why park anywhere else? On the day of your cruise complimentary shuttle service starts at 11:00 AM and runs continuously to the Cruise Terminals until 3:30 PM. On your return to the port our shuttle runs constantly from 7:30 AM. Pick ups usually take 15-20 minutes but allow up to 30 minutes. No parking outside of shuttle hours. Maximum 4 passengers. NO exceptions. You can drop off extras at the port and then come back to park. Complete address and driving directions are available on your confirmation. Please click the view map link above if you would like to see where we are located. Garage Clearance is 6'8" or 80 inches. No OVERSIZED vehicles (ie. RV's, big trucks, etc.)

i would like to see earlier shuttle pickups. We were off the boat - with many others at 7 am and had to wait until after 7:30 for a pick up. Other people came out and took the van spots ahead of us so we had to wait a few minutes more. the shuttles are not nice - but it is only 1.5 miles - that does not bother me.

Parking would be easier to locate if you would let us know that although your legal address is 1415 or something like that; you need to enter into the 1400 building. It was easy for me this time because I had used your service before, however the first time I circled that building three time in frustration before deciding on entering the garage. also in terminal D instructions are not clear as some people including the driver get the front and back of terminal confused. beginning/end better

Perhaps out of luck on timing, we didn't have to wait at all for the shuttles for either departure or arrival. The parking garage was secured and much preferred as opposed to some basic gravel/rock parking lot being guarded only by some mangled fence. I had been recommended this service by a family member that has been a repeat customer of theirs. For my next trip, I will also be a repeat customer.

Since my wife is in a wheelchair and cannot get into the vans, I made the "double trips"leaving her with the luggage at the cruise terminal.Your attendent(driver) were very pleasant and made my experience almost fun. Your office also handled a billing error quickly and made the call to straighten it out very easy. I'll be glad to use your service next time we cruise from Miami.

Maybe another shuttle in the fleet. we had to wait for 45 minutess becusse he was full twice. Van appearance....beat up. Parking lot needs repair

Vans need upgrade! Your service is a good alternative to port parking because of the price point. I will use your service again.

We had to wait for over an hour for a shuttle to pick us up and then our truck was broken into and a very expensive item was stolen. We had to spend about an hour and a half at the police dept to file a report. Not a good experience and we do not feel it was a safe place to leave our vehicle.

Lot was easy to find drivers were courteous and very helpful and were very prompt. only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was van to port had no air.

Almost every person that I came in contact with was rude. On our trip to the port the driver didn't speak and gave me a piece of paper to call a lady that was very rude and implied that I couldn't how to read. Why would they ask me how many people I had if they were going to limit me to 4. We waited almost an hour for a shuttle to pick us up from the port. When I called the man on the line wouldn't let me speak and insisted I was the one missing all the shuttles There has to be a better place

The attendant was very courteous. The A/C did not work very well. My dissapointment was that the inclosed garage that was advertised was actually open rooftop parking for premier customers

The driver back was tired and in a bad mood. Van was old with no ac. The attendant in the parking lot did not give us a blue slip that the return driver asked for. Other than that every thing else went just fine Annie Rizzo

Best way to go when cruising out of Miami. Used in August and again in September . Both times couldn't have been any easier and rate is great.

The only problem i had was that when i was picked up, i told the driver that the one bag had glass bottles in it and to be careful. When he unloaded the bags from the van, he just dropped my bag and broke one of the bottles. He did say he was sorry. But it cost me $12.00, for his mistake. A reply to this e-mail would be nice.

We where left waiting for the pick up for 30 mins my small suitcase was put under much larger cases and and my sat nab screen is broken we where let out of the car and had to walk up to our car with all our cases and on discovering my sat nab was broken there wa no one to complain to very unhappy and await your reply
