Miami's Best option for Port of Miami Cruise Parking! We have the closest and safest parking facility. Enjoy Garage parking only a mile from the Port of Miami! With continuous shuttle service why park anywhere else? On the day of your cruise complimentary shuttle service starts at 11:00 AM and runs continuously to the Cruise Terminals until 3:30 PM. On your return to the port our shuttle runs constantly from 7:30 AM. Pick ups usually take 15-20 minutes but allow up to 30 minutes. No parking outside of shuttle hours. Maximum 4 passengers. NO exceptions. You can drop off extras at the port and then come back to park. Complete address and driving directions are available on your confirmation. Please click the view map link above if you would like to see where we are located. Garage Clearance is 6'8" or 80 inches. No OVERSIZED vehicles (ie. RV's, big trucks, etc.)*During peak travel periods, we reserve the right to substitute valet for self parking at our discretion*

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever had, we waited over 2 1/2 hours for a van to pick us up from the Miami Sea Port. In addition, every single employee that we had contact with was extremely rude!!!! We will never use Global Parking ever again.

Worst service ever! Employees are all rude and the wait time for a shuttle is ridiculous. I will be writing bad reviews on every social media outlet I have access to.

The attendants were excellent. The shuttles could be in better condition, but I am sure there are a lot of stops to and from all day 7 days a week. Overall my experience with booking, parking and being shuttled back and forth was seamless. I would definitely book through you again.

I like that the cars are parked in a garage with an attendant. The service was not bad but pickup from the cruise ship took a little longer then drop off. But overall it was good.

Parking attendant very rude and aggresive. Should not be working with the public. Pick up at end of trip took one hour to arrive.

Shuttle is old and not in the best of shape. Could use a newer shuttle with better signage. Garage is adequate. Most important, my vehicle was safe and secure. This was my second time using premier and I would do it again in the future.

Parking lot supervisor was very rude. He gave me a ten minute lecture on why I shouldn't have arrived before 11 am. Not knowing how long it would take me to drive to Miami, I left when I thought best. The supervisor wanted to argue, and said if I "disrespected" him, I would have to leave and find another place to park. I had to wait over an hour for the return shuttle to pick us up at the cruise port. I can find another place to park next time -- not Global/Premier.

Everything was as it should be. Drivers were effecient but not rude. Pickup times started at 7:30, and he pulled up in front of us at 7:29. I would use them again. I would have given them 5 stars, but the van was a little rough looking.

Unfortunately just found out about new rules / policy that can't pick up from divider at Port of Miami. This is an issue / problem for us in future as husband walks with cane and having to walk that distance took quite some time and effort for him as we were not aware of new policy. We will definitely keep using you for airport parking but fear will have to change our port of Miami parking arrangements in the future. Barbara Cimmarusti

Easy to find, people there to guide you, parking spot readily available. Shuttle came in 15-20 minutes. Return - Shuttle came in 15-20 minutes. I will park here again.

Returned on Carnival Splendor today. Called for a pickup. Waited for about 30 minutes for van. Van was nearly full, so only some of our party of 8 could load. So only our vehicle drivers took the van and then they had to come back to the cruise terminal to pick up the remaining 6 in our party. After about 10-15 minutes more, we saw two more Premier Park vans go by. So timewise----No vans for 30 minutes----then 2 more vans in 10-15 more minutes. They need to be better timed.

We were disappointed that the Premier Van was not at the blue sign at the port during pickup. Had I not went looking for the van we would have missed it. Also the driver only had one stop and pick up. Two years ago the driver stopped along the way to drop off people by their cars. Much more convenient at that time. I saw several people having to manuver their luggage at a good distance from drop off point.

Drove passed it, needed to go around again. Need large sign pointing to entrance. First van was old and torn.
